SPECIAL REPAIR FOR ROOF TREATMENT IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN TECH AREA (SOUTH SIDE OF RUNWAY) AT AF STN JODHPUR.

Taking down old exising roof treatment (APP membrane and plaster) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling framework of 40 sq cm and over in section in any position complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry/PCC block masonry/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth including taking down cement plaster of any description complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of water based weather proof exterioir emulsion paint in camouflage/CCD pattern on brick, stone, concrete or plaster surface up to 10m height from GL of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair for powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleates made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including necessary fittings, screws, wire etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix for 5-6 mm thick PVC ceiling board fixed in flat surfaces on snap grid frame work including complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix for 7-8 mm thick Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately

Dismantling ceiling board of any description and refixing of same ceiling boards on existing framework after applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour formin 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old cement concrete complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on existing concrete surfaces on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Material & labour for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(i) Surface prepration : The surface to be treated should be sound and free from all types of dirt, dust and debris. Clean surface by brushing, scraping or chipping to eliminate all defective materials and foreign matter. Proper surface preparation needs dry mechanical grinding to expose base Substrate. Making of angle fillets(75mm*75mm) all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex Plus. (ii) Construction joints : All construction joints and cracks >1mm shall be treated by cutting V groove and filling with polymer modified SBR Latex and reinforced with geotextile membrane dipped in PU liquid Membrane before the 1st coat application. (iii) Water proofing membrane : S&F Waterproofing membrane:Supplying and applying water-based ,single component UV resistant elastomeric PU liquid membrane coating applied with brush/roller having SRI >109 with an elongation of >400% and tensile strength of 1.4 MPa as per ASTM D 412, 80 % Solid Content, shore A Hardness of min. 50 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation as per note given below, applying Home Sheild PU ELASTOSEAL BTD or approved equivalent in three coats at 2.8 kg per Sqm providing 1.5 mm DFT , complete as per Manufacturer specifications . Waterproofing membrane to be terminated on parapet wall in a V groove of size 25 mm x 25 mm atleast 300 mm above FFL which should be sealed with Polymer Mortar Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The application will be executed by company authorised applicator upon verification from the company.

Supplying only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix for mild steel rolled sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165, quality A complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix Pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix Pre-painted galvalume GI based plane steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding tow wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 including demolition complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. & hositing if required reconnecting & re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately) exc 250 & n exc 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storatge tanks of white color in tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rodd & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight of ball valve-210 grms) including dismantling existing tank and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storatge tanks of white color in tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rodd & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight of ball valve-210 grms) including dismantling existing tank and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing after cleaning old steel tubing & connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors etc.) of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix GI Tubes "medium grade" with all fitting & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors of 20mm bore including taking down old steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
