PART I : B/R WORKS Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor, (unreinforced) paving not execeeding 15cm thick(below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed plates, coping, water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipe 300mm bore including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for foundation or shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire holes etc. not exceeding 10Sqmm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 3.0 meter deep for foundation or shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire holes etc. not exceeding 10Sqmm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

PART II : E/M WORKS Dismantling of concrete poles/struts any size complete,with street light fittings,junction box and transporting to store yard all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x .75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of bricks obtained from exceavation work of item No. 14.00 above complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned down volume of sand to be measured)

Taking out old unserviceable cable of size upto 120sqmm 4 core from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 120 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Supply, fabricated and fixing of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade bent to shape of 1.2 mtr long as directed including clamps made out of 40 mm x 6 mm thick -02 Nos flat iron for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified conforming to IS- 2317/1980 type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate including staying the poles in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set, including painting to pole (inside & outside) with two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces of poles and two coat of black bituminous paint on embedded portion and painting work will be carried out layer by layer of 30cm width yellow & black upto 1.5m height from bottom complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, foundation concrete and coping will be measured and paid separately)

Taking out old unserviceable cable of size upto 6sqmm 2 core from PCC poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1100 KV grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor FR round flexible in street light connection from pole junction box to street light fixed on 9 mtr long swaged pole by making two holes with welding machine for inserting cable of size 1.5Sqmm 3 core multistranded as required including all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Polycabonate fabricated, outdoor type, cubical, sloping canopy top roof, pole mounted, hinged single door with locking arrangement, front side openable box suitable for three pahse, 415 volts, AC supply with 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar rating 32 amps (R.N) with one No MCB 06 Amps, SP having size 270x225x135 mm complete including making fixing arrangement with LT pole swaged type with flat iron clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of serviceable Junction box as obtained from dismantaling of old pole on new steel tubular pole with proper electrical connection , clamp to pole properly all as specified and directed.

S&F of 60 watt LED street light fittings, 230 V, IP-65/66 pressure die cast housing LED lamp aluminium compact high power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with LED lamp and necessary electric connection with suitable size copper cable, minimium lumen efficacy of LED lights should be 110lumen/W complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- SURYA CAT NO-SLE UL 60W IP66LXN / HAVELLS CAT NO. ENDURASUNDOWN SL 60W LED 765PASYBOTG / PHILIPS CAT NO. Refixing of serviceable street light fitting as obtained from dismantaling of old pole on new steel tubular pole with proper electrical connection,clamp to bracket properly all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with glavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers with galvanised iron strips of size 25 X 4 mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm upto 7.5m long including testing is deemed to be included with quoted rate).

M&L for boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0m bellow the road surfaces) with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exceeding 100mm dia for passing of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.
