CONSTRUCTION OF CC DRAIN AND CULVERT

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work

Carting the excavated Earth to a distance of 1 K.M lead by cart on M.R. including loading , unloading and stacking etc. etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work. (80% of earth work quantitiy)

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at once and compacting with Hand roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD. with STONE DUST etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding siegniorage charges.

PCC (1:4:8) mix using 40mm size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing machine mix, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work. But excluding seigniorage charges.

Plain Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded metal with machine mixing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of hte work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Supplying,fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (FE 415) grade as per drawings and technical specification for bars below 36mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded. This rate includes cost and conveyance of steel and binding wire to work site, labour charges for cutting and bending, fabrication of steel etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the Departmental technical higher authorities.
