Sch 'A' Part-I ( OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF DG SETS AT MH PALAMPUR) Outsourcing of services for maintenance and operation of DG Set 140 KVA & 75 KVA installed at Military Hospital Palampur by engaging 01 skilled tradesmen FGM (ITI qualified) each shift for shift of 8 hours for three shift in a day including Sundays & holidays all as directed by Engr-in-charge. The tradesmen shall be doing the following duties:- (a) Switching ON / Off & operate the DG Set on electric supply failure. (b) Cleaning the DG sets of dirt & dust and carrying out the DI (daily Inspection). (d) Operation of Panel for Electric supply to the Emergency units of MH Palampur (f) Filling and checking of Fuel Tank of DG Sets. (g) Loading / Unloading of Fuel from MT store & FOL point of the station. Note for Item No 01 :- (i) Inside, surrounding area of the DG Supply Installations and all equipments shall be maintained neat and clean all the time and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to incl the cost of the same. (ii) The skilled tradesmen shall be ITI certificate holder & capable to attend emergency repair/ maintenance and complaints as per the directions of Engr-in-charge. (iii) All T&P required for attending complaints and maintenance of plant and installation will be supplied by the contractor and cost is included in the rate quoted. (iv) Proper attendance register shall be maintained by the contractor. (v) The Tradesmen shall be provided with protective clothings / safety hand gloves /industrial helmets /safety belts/ face masks / rain coat and shall bear that while on duty and the cost is included in the rate quoted. (vi) The contractor has to provide adequate means to the workmen for conducive work environment and he has to ensure that the workers are covered as per labour law and insurance act. All the tradesmen should be covered under Insurance act vide Indian Electricity Rules, 1956. (vii) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for printing log sheet, registers and other stationery items. (viii) The contractor shall be provided with approved colour of uniform for the tradesmen. The rate quoted deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ix) The following register/documents to be maintained on daily basis. :- (a) Plant Running Record book. (b) Daily Log sheet for DG Supply. (x) In case the contractor fails to depute person in shift as asked, then suitable recovery shall be made for the same. Panel reovery @ Rs 600/- per shift shall be recovered in case of operator / technician / helper found absent from duty. (xi) The contractor will provide two sets of complete tools and one commando torch, tool bag which will be used by the technicians and Helpers while on duty at the installtions. The tools will be returned to the contractor on completion of the contract. The rates for the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. In case of non provision of tools, Rs. 20000.00 will be recovered from the contractor due amount. (xii) The contractor has to ensure all COVID-19 precautions with preventive materials. The cost of preventive materials shall be included in the qouted rates.

Schedule 'A' Part-II Repair, maintenance & complete servcing of Mechanical Laundary Machine installed at MH Palampur complete incluing replacement of unserviceable parts ie. Heating coils, dampner springs, drying tumbler , fan belts, thermostat switch, relay, capacitor, over load protector, starting knob etc,rewiring if required checking of electrical circuit , including oiling, greasing of motor etc,for smooth functioning,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L required for Inspection, maintenance and servicing of DG Sets of following Capacities including alternator, electric panel board connection to DG set for routine check (B - Check) of DG set for smooth functioning and carrying out maintanance complete all as directed and specified. Note: (i) B-Check once in six month OR 250 Hrs running of DG set whichever is earlier. (ii) B- Check of all DG sets ones shall be paid as one Job (iii) All spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only (a 250 KVA Capacity, Make: Kirloskar (Location:- signal centre)- 01 No (b) 140 KVA Capacity, Make: Mahendra(Location:-MH sub station) - 01 No (c) 82.5 KVA Capacity, Make: Mahendra(Location:- VBA) - 01 No (d) 75 KVA Capacity, Make; Cummins (Location:-local signal centre) - 01 No (e) 62.5 KVA Capacity, Make: Mahindra (Location:- A tank, MES bore well &POI) - 03 Nos (f) 40 KVA Capacity, Make: Cummins ( Location:-STP range,Snow view,Supply point) -3 Nos NOTE :(i) Repeat the activities of A Check replacement of lubricating oil. (ii) Replaceing lubricant oil filter element with 'O' ring (iii) Replacing fuel filter element (iv) Replacing coolant (v) Replacing Governer oil (vi) Coolent, Lubricant oil shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items (vii) Contractor shall employ skilled labour (FGM) for the above repairs and one company engineer/technician for over all repairs

NOTE (CONTD) : (viii) Replacing water separator (ix) Cleaning of Radiator with chemicals (x) Replacement of by pass filter (xi) Checking of all radiator rubber hose and replacement if required. (xii) Checking and recording oil pressure, water and oil temperarute (xiii) Checking anti vibration mounting and replacement if required. Note : Anti vibration pad shall be measured and paid separately (xiv) Checking throttle linkage (xv) Checking battery for cell test, electrolyte level, gravity and topping up to required level (xvi) Routine check / repair work of panel, switch, MCCB, main switch, all contactors, engine control unit. (xvii) Checking of AMF panel, all electrical connections etc. (xviii) Checking of earthing resistance (xix) Cleaning of vegitation around the DG set up to 1.5 mtr area. (xx) Contractor shall employ skilled labour (FGM) for the above repairs and one company engineer/ technician for over all repairs once in month.

Supply, fix and connecting 12Volts 42 AH dry type maintenance free battery for solar light complete with initial charging including taking down old unserviceable battery complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L draining up the fuel from the existing diesel tank in a separate empty container and disconnecting from the DG set and cleaning internally and out site by removing slude, mud,water etc and repairs the leakage if any by means of soldering and refixing in the same position,renewal of flexible type fuel pipe of existing size and length and make,refill the fuel for any capacity of DG set complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rewinding of DG set alternator of capacity 62.5 to 82.5 KVA by disconnecting from Engine,opening the front and rear cover,taking out alternator and rewinding with existing size and gauge and adequate number of turns of super enamelled copper winding wire including varnishing,testing ,refixing , connection with leads and thimbles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair and servicing of alternator of DG set 75 KVA by disconnecting from Engine,opening the front and rear cover,taking out rotor,cleaning the rotor and starter,appling two coats of insulation varnish to the winding,polishing the step rings including replacing carbon bushes,ball bearing etc, resembling the same,testing and refixed in same position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair and servicing self starter of DG set (any capacity of DG set) by relacement of burn field coil replacement of armature and carbon bush holder and carbon bush point and solenoid coil and other repairs to make functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L sub class "B" old size bricks as protection cover laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to the length of brick complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB,AC,415volts,250 Amp,25KA,4 pole, Adjustable thermal and magnetic release including making necessary connection in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB,AC,415volts, 160 Amp,25KA,4 pole, Adjustable thermal and magnetic release including making necessary connection in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling the radiator and fan from the engine for cleaning of copper /aluminium tubes and cooling fins by using descaling solution (MAC solution) and soldering, patch work if required for stop leakage, including repair of water pump assembly and replacement of defective parts of water pump and re-assembliying,testing complete 40 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Repairing of DG set capacity 40/62.5 KVA by opening of Engine with radiator complete for inspection defective parts, preparation list of defects for approval of Engineer-in-charge,dismantling unserviceable parts for replacement,fixing parts with new one,reassembleing,commissioning and testing on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including remalting of crank shaft,grinding,plishing,lathe work to making shaft in alignment,calibration of nozzle pump,FIP (PT Pump) including greasing,oiling , servicing of self starter,Dynamo including repair by replacement of minor parts, preparing surface of DG Set by cleaning,washing,removing greasy spot and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint and silencer to be paintd with two coats of heat resistant paint of approved tint Note:- All spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only,fuel for testing shall be supplid by department free of cost

Taking down existing earthing and M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm bore light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE :(i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-( ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth strip. Supply and fix in replacement old un-serviceable copper busbar of suitable size in existing panel mounted on new insulators including cutting drilling,making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L painting to LT panel (App size 1200mmx900mmx450mm) only after minor body repairs if required like welding,changing hinges,handles,nut bolts etc and complete removal of existing paint and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint first quality of approved tint, including writing MES No complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing of 250KVA voltage stabilizer servo controlled 3 phase,input voltage 300-480 volts and output volatage 230 volts AC supply 50Hz by opening complete for inspection defective parts, preparation list of defects for approval of Engineer-in-charge,dismantling unserviceable parts for replacement,fixing parts with new one,reassembleing, commissioning and testing on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L Construction of stone masonary platform for DG Set of size( outer diamention) 4.00x3.00x1.50 mtr (1.00 mtr above GL and 50cm below GL excluding PCC in foundation) including excavation and eart wotk in any type of soil upto 60cm depth 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm thick crushed stone aggregate in foundation, wall thickness 45cm built in CM 1:6, back fill with earth,100 mm thick PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm geaded crushed stone aggregate as sub-base of flooring and raised pointing in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Repair & maintenance of existing canopy of eco friendly DG Set above cleaning of internal & external parts, tightening of loose parts replacing of unserviceable door looks and keys, replacing of damaged or burned inside sponge insulations and necessary spary painting with super enamelled paint of same colour of company pattern on inside and out side of canopy chamber after removing old painted/rusted surface complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing connection of DG set and Shifting the DG Set of any capacity from old platform to new platform by using cran of suitable capacity including making new connections for AMF panel to existing main panel complete all as specified and directed.
