SH Retrofitting works for Maintenance and Extension of pipeline at GWR scheme at Janiacherra of Ramsankar V.C,GWR scheme at Nandapara of Shankhola V.C GWR scheme at Shakhola of Shankhola V.C during the year 2025-26

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. in/c exacavation for sockets, dressing of sides where required, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1500mm (slope-1 in 200) in/c getting out the excavated soil & backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth in/c consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. & disposing of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per Chapter-2 of CPWD specification & direction of the Eng-in-charge. A. For UPVC pipes in new work

i. For pipes not exceeding 90 mm dia

ii. For pipes exceeding 90 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Providing, fixing and laying rigid UPVC pipes conforming to IS : 4985 jointing with couplers, of same class conforming to IS : 10124 ( Pt-II ) with solvent cement conforming to IS : 14182 including testing of joints complete ( but excluding the cost of specials like bend, tees etc. which will be paid separately ) as per CPWD specification and direction of the Eng-in-charge. A. Class - 3 ( working pressure 6.0 kg / cm2)

i) 40mm OD

ii) 50mm OD

iii) 90mm OD

iv) 110 mm OD

iv) 140 mm OD

Providing, fixing and laying fabricated UPVC bend of required degree conforming to IS : 10124 (part 8 / 9 / 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 ) with solvent cement conforming to IS : 14182 including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Eng-in-charge.
