REPAIR WORK OF STEEL BOAT NO S-50

Cutting the damaged portion of old rusted skin plate by chipping and pre heating using gas flame and removing rust by hammering and thin cutting and removing plate. Including all consumables as specified by the department. Including all labour, tools and tackles. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department.

Fabrication works using MS plate angle etc (Marine quality, IS 2062 Grade B) including cutting, leveling, straightening, grooving joining and finishing. Including all consumables as specified by the department. Including all labour, tools and tackles. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department. The rate is applicable to all works involving MS Sheet/MS Flat/ or MS material if not specifically mentioned in the schedule of rates. MS Plate (IS2062 Gr B) and MS Angle iron, MS Flat will be provided by Department.

Scupper pipe replacing work with suitable size 1.5" GI pipe C Class. Including all consumables as specified by the department. Including all labour, tools and tackles. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department.

Projected load line, KIV number in all sides, draft mark cutting and fixing work as per KIV rules 2010 and later amendments. Including all consumables as specified by the department. Including all labour, tools and tackles. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department.
