Composite item for Construction/Renovation of CC Footpath, Retaining Wall and Drain comprising Earthwork in excavation in foundations and trenches in all kinds of soil including disposal within 50 m lead and filling with available earth; providing and laying PCC (1:4:8 and 1:2:4) up to plinth level; centering and shuttering for foundations and walls including removal of formwork; 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:4); and providing and fixing 75 mm dia uPVC rain water pipes complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per the site condition.PCC Retaining Wall- Length 40 mtrs x 1.90 Height, Footpath- 106 mtrs length x 1.76 mtrs width and Steps - 100 Nos. Note: The work shall further include submission of calculations and detailed design drawing with the Technical Bid. The detailed drawings shall comprise plan, elevation, sections and construction details prepared as per the site conditions and shall be duly signed and vetted by a registered engineer. The entire work shall be executed complete in all respects on a lumpsum basis.
