Failure consequences: In case the firm fails to execute the contract within the original delivery period, the purchaser will be entitled to impose liquidated damages for extension of delivery period. For any reason, if the supplier fails to supply goods as per the conditions of contract, as amended from time to time, Purchaser shall have the right to levy damages from the supplier for failing to comply with the contractual conditions, not by the way of penalty, an amount equal to 10% of the defaulted order amount. These damages shall be treated as recoveries outstanding against the vendor and dealt with accordingly.

The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/ documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed "Self Certified Undertaking". Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summary rejection of his/ their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self- attested/ digitally signed by which they/ he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document
