16mm thick cement plastering in cement mortor ( 1:6) in finished smooth to surface of brick walls including cost, conveyance, royalties ,taxes of all materials etc complete. Smooth surface of wall(inner face wall face of wall)

Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty finished smooth to exposed new plastered surface including cost of all materials etc.complete. as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Wall Priming one coat with any approved primer on New Plastered surface of with any approved primer including cost of primer Ceiling

Finishing wall surface with two coat plastic emulsion paint (A/R 2006, Pg-99, item no-20) Ceiling
