Dismantling and taking down existing old unserviceable/worn out isolators verticle/horizontal mounted including operating mechanism and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Air brake, off load Isolator switch, rotating type, manually operated, horizontal operational type, highest system voltage 36 KV rated current 800 Amps triple pole, each pole consists of insulating pedestals – 03 Nos. on galvanized steel base as per BSS/IS including rotating blade of HDE copper and fixed contacts of same material, spring loaded, arcing horns of adequate cross section to brake magnetizing current of transformer including earthing device with adequate size of G.I. operating pipe for operation from ground level and operating handle etc complete with both “OFF” and “ON” positions including provision of mechanical locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note:- Required spare parts are measured and paid separately)

Cleaning and servicing of HT 33/11 KV Structure by greasing, cleaning, servicing of jumpers and tightening of nut & Bolts etc. and rejumpering wherever required and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer from main recieving point to distribution bus bar bay structures up to transformers inside MRS Ramgarh Cantt (Note:- 1. Quoted rate is inclusive of all requirement accessories i.e. Nut & Bolts, Connecting rod type ACSR & Jumpering materials etc)

M & L for painting to existing steell tubular/concrete HT poles 11m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc., with two coats of aluminium paint superior quality dust proof and weather proof of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with red and black paint of radium/photosynthetic paint alternatively on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour of 33KV sub stn fencing fixed on compound wall including gates of MRS complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix for Electric Shock & its treatment chart board with plastic coated and aluminium frame standared size suitable for EHT/HT Sub Stn complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix forFirst Aid Box with medicine complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Item will be taken charge on T&P ledger)

Supply & Fix for schematic diagram 33/11KV MRS on board with aluminium frame complete, size as per sample or as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix for Instruction board with aluminium frame of size not less than 1.21x0.9 Mtrs including writing instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix for caution plate "CAUTION MEN AT WORK" of size 40cm x 10 cm made out of white acrylic sheet with red coloured glow tape complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for restraining of HT /LT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for spreading and leveling evenly (any thickness) 40 mm graded stone aggregated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, loop insulator large size all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2010 complete including dismantling and taking out old damaged stay complete all as directed. Note :- PCC , earth work and Insulators etc shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-55 ( 11 meter long) complete, Including disconnecting and taking out old damage any type pole all as directed . Make - National Tubing co / Indian tube co ltd / Bharat Conduit & steel works kanpur .Note - Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately as these respectively.

M&L for Synthetic insulating rubber mat suitable for 33 KV HT installation of size 2 m x 1m x 25 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fix danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with 25 x 3mm thick MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size including taking down complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Item will be taken charge on T&P ledger)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32mm x 6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit , internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover 1 : 2 : 4 ,type B-1( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with 12mm dia round bar as in handle including taking down of existing earthing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Test result of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthing . (ii) Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. (iii) Soil should be free from stone, boulders,aggregates,gravel etc. (iv) The rate quoted by the bidders shall be also be deemed to include :-(a) Excavation upto 2.5 mtr depth and returning filling in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil. (b) Supply of charcoal and common salt.

Excavation, in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable/pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Sand cushioning in cable trenches for cable protection with clean dry sand before laying the cable, a layer of sand of 8 cm depth and 15cm after laying of the cable has been properly straightened incl gently punning in a layer of (total 23 CM) in thickness all across the laid portion of LT Cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying for reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed .
