Taking out alternator from the DG set of capacity 30 KVA after disconnecting all electric connections, removing rotor from the starter, decarbonate the rotor slots and including rewinding to CT coils complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate size, gauge, turns including insulating material, varnishing, drying and replacing rear and front bearing, greasing of alternator, reassembling and refixing with engine and refixing all components of alternator and mounting the same on the existing foundation, aligning the alternator with engine including transportation and testing on load complete as directed
