Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for the existing 5 nos of Cold Storage Units (Freezers) along with Stabilizers n the Mortuary of the Department of Forensic Medicine, GGH campus, RMC, Kakinada for the financial year 2026-27.

The Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for the 2.5 Ton (TR) Body Freezer installed in the Mortuary Complex in Forensic Medicine shall cover complete maintenance, servicing, repair and replacement of all components to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation of the equipment. The Contractor shall carry out periodic preventive maintenance including cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils, checking refrigerant levels, inspection of compressor performance, tightening of electrical connections, and calibration of temperature controls along with attending all breakdown complaints within 24 hours to minimize downtime. The contract shall be comprehensive in nature, including repair or replacement of major components such as compressor, refrigeration system, electrical parts, fans, motors, controllers, and door gaskets at no extra cost, ensuring the unit consistently maintains the required temperature range of –10°C to –25°C. The Contractor shall provide round-the-clock emergency support, maintain service records and logbooks at site and ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital requirements throughout the contract period.

The Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for the 5 Kva Servo voltage stabilizer used for the body freezer shall include complete maintenance, servicing, repair and replacement of all components to ensure continuous and stable power supply to the equipment. The Contractor shall carry out periodic preventive maintenance, including inspection and cleaning of internal components, checking of carbon brushes, servo motor operation, dimmer/variac condition, control circuit, relays and display systems along with tightening of all electrical connections and verification of proper earthing. The CAMC shall also cover attending all breakdown complaints. The Contractor shall provide emergency support services, maintain a logbook for service and performance records and ensure adherence to safety standards during the contract period.
