PHASE I Supply installation, testing, and commissioning of the recessed bi-level drinking water fountain, with double SS bubbler. Drinking water fountain with 60 LPH cooling capacity with one chiller for single Smart Tap. 60 LPH Chiller required for dedicated bubler. Flow rate for clod water from two bubbler. stainless steel body, approx size 1003mmX Depth 400 mm X hight 1035mm, SS bubbler guard operated between 50 to 120 PSI, with MDCU29 antimicrobial touch part, with waterways are lead-free material chilling unit suitable for R134a refrigerant, adjustable thermo state, Green building, GRIHA, TUV, UL/CE And NSF/NABL Certified, supply complete with all accessories with 100-micron stainer with three-stage filtration system along with UV filtration system, Model- M8CRY-Oasis OR equivalent in WAE model NT01.DB.C60 or equivalent in Filtrin/Sunrock/Murdock. UV ULTRA BLUE (As per OEM ) Compact fixture with quick-fit inlet and outlet connections for easy installation with Low mercury content Turns on only when the water passes through ,Equipped with intuitive LED panel signals and control board to ensure device’s performance. Shock-absorbent structure enable pre-installation on water dispensers, water filters, 4,5 lpm Flow Rate in Clear Water. Dosage 30,000μ,w,sec/cm2. UV Lamp Service Life hrs 6000 working hrs.Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - The inside elements shall be acceptable if approved by manufacturere in their model and subsequently certified by NABL accredited lab

PHASE I Supply and Installation of SS Frame work for Plumbing and electrical line for drinking water fountain. And make it asetheticaly good. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PHASE II Extra over only to obligation under DLP in year 01 , providing comphrensive servicing to water fountain unit fixed under item no 1 and 2 above including replacement of consumable parts viz filter and refilling gas etc for keeping the unit in servicable condition. Servicing to be done twice in one year

PHASE III Extra over only to obligation under DLP in year 02 , providing comphrensive servicing to water fountain unit fixed under item no 1 and 2 above including replacement of consumable parts viz filter and refilling gas etc for keeping the unit in servicable conditionServicing to be done twice in one year

PHASE IV Extra over only to obligation under DLP in year 03 , providing comphrensive servicing to water fountain unit fixed under item no 1 and 2 above including replacement of consumable parts viz filter and refilling gas etc for keeping the unit in servicable conditionServicing to be done twice in one year

PHASE V providing annual comphrensive maint servicing to water fountain unit fixed under item no 1 and 2 above including replacement of all consumable parts viz filter and refilling gas etc for keeping the unit in servicable condition

PHASE VI providing annual comphrensive maint servicing to water fountain unit fixed under item no 1 and 2 above including replacement of all consumable parts viz filter and refilling gas etc for keeping the unit in servicable condition Note for AMC/servicing :- Checking Inlet connection, Checking valve to be open, Checking pipe band, Checking water pressure, Checking Filter, Checking 100 micron filter, Checking compressor, Checking relay, Checking thermostat, Checking thermostat, Checking air in the water, Checking inlet water condition, Checking water cartridge, Checking water TDS, maintain Pressure should be 3-3.5 kg, Checking it with pressure gauge, Voltage should be 220 v, Checking condenser, Checking compressor, Checking space around the unit, Checking ventilation, Do service on time if unit is getting heat, Checking tobacco in drain system,checking of Drain jam due to muddy water, checking of Drain jam due to protein use in the gym, Checking water line, it may get contaminated, Checking of gas-R134a reagent, Checking condenser, Checking compressor pressure, Checking capillary, checking of all filters

Note:- Replacement of all items shall be free of cost to Govt during Phase II to Phase VI
