Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS 4351 manufactured from mmercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb. lock jamb, bead and if required ngle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm. pressed mild steel elded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike- plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre- treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Profile C in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etc complete as directed in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolts with nuts and nuts screw etc. complete in all leads and lifts. 300x16mm

Providing and fixing anodized Aluminium tower bolts (barrel type) with screws etc. complete in all leads and lifts. 250x10mm

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete in all respect.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture in all leads and lifts.

Providing and installation of stationary storage type Electric water heater (Geyser) of various sizes by means of Expansion-bolts with nuts and washers, including embedding of xpansion-bolts in the wall, providing and fixing of Nos.nreturn valve, Dead weight safety valve, 2 Nos. Providing and Fixing of Mirror 700x500 mm 5 mm thick with double coat for protection and longevity, grounded edges for safety and silver plating on black for better reflection with C.P. brass screws and washers complete in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing polycarbonatd tranparent sheet 1.20 mm thick in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. Limpe and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works in all leads and lifts.
