SOLAR WATER GEYSER Disconnecting of water connection and dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 300 ltrs per day including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete and refixing after repairing the system fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for :- (a) Making good the worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union, sockets, flanges and screws etc. (b) Descaling/ desludging, cleaning and washing of the solar panel, hot water pipes, copper tubes, hot and cold water tanks by using appropriate chemicals and re-assembling the panel including welding of collector fins as required. (c) Painting of staging, solar panel frame, hot water tank frame with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description (e) All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per items No 01 here in before but of capacity 200 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying only as in replacement, copper tubes with collectors fins for solar energy collector panel complete of same dia and thickness as per existing, brazing by copper alloy brazing rod with the existing inlet/outlet hot/cold water pipes to make the panel water tight complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only compressed glass wool 48 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminum body panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only solar energy collector panel manifold 1.40 mtr long, made of 20mm dia copper tube having 1 No MS flange 74 mm dia welded at each end duly drilled for nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate quoted deemed to be included for welding of solar collector tubes with manifold all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as recommended by manufacturer.

S&F hose pipe for hot/ cold water for solar system of suitable length as existing size complete with 02 Nos clamps all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only auxillary tank for make up tank to reduce pressure of solar system complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Electrical backup heater of 2 KW for solar system with all electrical connection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Electrical backup heater of 3 KW for solar system with all electrical connection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Descaling solar energy collector panel made of aluminium body with toughened glass complete with copper fins of capacity 100/200/300 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Descaling of hot water storage tank of food grade stainless steel 100 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Descaling of hot water storage tank of food grade stainless steel 200 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Descaling of hot water storage tank of food grade stainless steel 300 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for insulation of hot water pipe with glass wool and covering with aluminium sheet cladding 25 gauge for 20mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair ball brass valve 20mm bore dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nuts complete screwed with iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes 20mm bore as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

S & F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes 15mm bore as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

S & F in repairs glass wool insulation with aluminium cladding for 25 mm bore pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

GEYSER (a) Taking down the existing unsv storage type electric water heater (geyser)of any make/ capacity, installed at different location including dis-connecting, taking down opening all parts/accessories for inspection, cleaning, descaling, refixing serviceable parts, replacing unserviceable parts installed at old location and reconnection, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacity :- 25 Ltr capacity

(b) 35 Ltr capacity

( c) 50 Ltr capacity Note :- (a) The rates of item No 1 above deemed to include the labour charges for fixing of new parts as required .The new parts required shall be paid as supply only under item No 11 to 24 here in after. (b) Serviceable materials obtained from item No 1 above shall be refixed and labour charges for the same are included in unit rate of Item No 1 above. (c ) Other item shall be paid as mentioned here in after.

Supply only PVC connection pipe with brass unions at both ends, 450mm long 15mm bore (for incoming cold water) all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chromium plated copper connection pipe 450mm long with two brass adopters washers and connecting up complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only apparatus plate suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geyser.(Make : Bajaj/Recold)

Supply & Fixing Plug top, 3 pin, 15 amps, 230 volt, including electric connection after taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valve, ISI marked, brass, 15mm bore after taking out defective/ unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed

M&L for concealed sub main wiring with 3 run of 4.00 sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor drawn in PVC rigid non- metallic conduit complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Three run of sub main wiring cable along with 20mm PVC conduit pipe shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board, 2 way single door 230 volts all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement safety nut for pressure release valve (As per sample) complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement hole fastener 10 mm dia, 100 mm long including nut and washer complete all as specified.

S&F non return valve all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement rubber gas Kit suitable for 50/25 ltrs capacity geyser (as per sample) complete all as specified.

M&L for fixing of new/old geysers at new place with hole fastener and cement work including connection with existing pipes complete all as directed by Enge-in-charge

FANS Taking down ceiling fan any size from its location including disconnecting from ceiling rose, after removing carefully false ceiling/ ceiling wherever necessary and removing blades, opening of fan and cleaning of bush / ball bearing with kerosene oil, filling up ball bearing with grease and mobile oil and changing of capacitor, bush bearing, locking nut, screw, split pin, check nut, rubber real wherever required tightening of stator up and bottom cover in position; washing body, blades, canopies with detergent soap powder; preparation of old painted surfaces by filling cavities with suitable filler and applying one coat of spray painting to fan (white or any other approved shade) and writing MES No. etc ,testing and re - hanging fan and false ceiling in position and making electric connection complete all as directed. (Spare wherever required to be renewed shall be measured and paid vide under respective item supply only).

Material and labour for removing the defective/burnt ceiling fans winding of any description, cleaning the core stator, rewinding the stator coil with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and approved Make, with required Number of turns and including all insulating material s such as insulating tape, cloth and sleeves, varnishing and drying, greasing and making necessary connection for looping wire with stranded copper conductor and refixing the same in original position including greasing of bearings & other moving parts and testing and brought at site complete. Note: (i) Winding shall be carried out by winding machine.

Taking down exhaust fan 300/380/450 sweep of any size from its location including disconnecting from ceiling rose, after removing carefully wall wherever necessary and removing blades, opening of fan and cleaning of bush / ball bearing with kerosene oil, filling up ball bearing with grease and mobile oil and changing of capacitor, bush bearing, locking nut, screw, split pin, check nut, rubber real wherever required tightening of stator up and covers in position; washing body, blades, with detergent soap powder; preparation of old painted surfaces by filling cavities with suitable filler and applying one coat of spray painting to fan (white or any other approved shade) and writing MES No. etc ,testing and refixing fan to wall in position and making electric connection complete all as directed. (Spare wherever required to be renewed shall be measured and paid vide under respective item supply only).

Taking down wall mounted / pedestal fan of 600mm sweep any size from its location including disconnecting from ceiling rose, after removing carefully false ceiling wherever necessary and removing blades, opening of fan and cleaning of bush / ball bearing with kerosene oil, filling up ball bearing with grease and mobile oil and changing of capacitor, bush bearing, locking nut, screw, split pin, check nut, rubber real wherever required tightening of stator up and covers in position; washing body, blades, with detergent soap powder; preparation of old painted surfaces by filling cavities with suitable filler and applying one coat of spray painting to fan (white or any other approved shade) and writing MES No. etc ,testing and re - hanging fan and false ceiling in position and making electric connection complete all as directed. (Spare wherever required to be renewed shall be measured and paid vide under respective item supply only).
