Dismantling water tanks of any description, exc. 250 & n. exc. 500 litres capacity and removing from site.

Dismantling water tanks of any description, exc. 500 & n. exc. 1000 litres capacity and removing from site.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes.

S&F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc. 250 ltrs and n. exc. 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. and removing old unserviceable ball valve.

S&F 20 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 210 gms.)

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Taking up or down steel tubing 25 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Taking up or down steel tubing 40 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Refixing old steel tubing, 15 mm bore, and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) NOTE :- Steel tubes obtained from item No. 7 above shall be used under this item.

Refixing old steel tubing, 20 mm bore, and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) NOTE :- Steel tubes obtained from item No. 8 above shall be used under this item.

Refixing old steel tubing, 40 mm bore, and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) NOTE :- Steel tubes obtained from item No. 10.00 above shall be used under this item.

Supplying and laying of 20 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches, fixing on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying of 25 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches, fixing on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (roof padding/roof kerb/sunken floor etc.) including tarfelt, plaster etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, platform for PVC tank, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 mix (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding over roof of any thickness.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 mix (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 kg of cement complete all as specified. NOTE:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) weight not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with polythene finish on upper side of membrane, laid by torch application method with overlaps 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm and applying two coats of aluminium paint 0.20 litre/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) weight not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with polythene finish on upper side of membrane, laid by torch application method with overlaps 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) weight not less than 3.50 Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane laid by torch application method with overlaps 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; ramed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar works.

S&F mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work.

M&L for cool roof SRI (Solar Reflective Index) tiles of 300 X 300 mm, 9/10 mm thick of approved Make- Johnson/Orient Bell/Kajaria/Asian/Somani/ Sun Heart or any make specified of colour as approved by GE over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, joints grouted and 5mm spacer and filled by pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement. The tiles shall be laid either through authorised applicator who has laid the app memberane or by the contractor under the supervision of the authorised applicator of APP membrane.

Taking down carefully cement concrete /spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, ceilinigs, sunsheds, beams, etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding etc complete.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinforcement of slabs, chajjas etc. and applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 to remove the loose rust particles etc & thoroughly cleaning the surface.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1 part cement to 1.5-2 parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @ 5 Kg per 50 kg of cement & applying to the concrete surfaces @ 200 gm/sqm to obtain tack.

M&L for 15 -20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using1 part of cement 1 part 2-3 mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & rough to receive final rendering coat.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling (facia/ceiling/edging of chajjas and roof projection) including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 10-15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as directed at site

S&F wire netting of galvanized steel wire 0.71 mm dia, 12 mm size of mesh, fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete as directed

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed built in cement or cement lime mortar.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 kg of cement, complete all as specified. NOTE:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces in ceiling (facia/ceiling/edging of chajjas and roof projection) including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rough cast plaster with stone grit as specified over and including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces.

M&L for keyed pointing to squared rubble stone masonry, coursed or uncoursed in CM 1:3.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, over and including a coat of 2 mm thick Birla/JK wall care putty all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, over and including a coat of 2 mm thick Birla/JK wall care putty all as directed.

Plaster of Paris of thickness as required but not less than 2 mm thick of 50-100 mm wide fixed as in cornices of ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, to make undulated and smooth base , on plastered or concrete surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 50 above but to surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic Emulsion Exterior (Apex Ultima) weather proof paint, white or tinted, over and including a coat of primer all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of cement base paint, white or tinted, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted, over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint all as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30 cm high with thick paint.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing from site and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick marble work of Udaipur green marble (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform, pillars, window-cills, jambs, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick yellow Jaisalmer stone (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform, pillars, window-cills, jambs, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) in floors etc. area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n. exc. 0.11 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 450x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on stone masonry surfaces/brick work or concrete surfaces.

M&L for Endura tiles tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n. exc.0.18 sqm, textured finished external grade, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on stone masonry surfaces/brick work or concrete surfaces and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for 40 mm thick rough dressed sand stone slab flooring/in plinth protection, bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations.

S&F in repairs prepolished stainless steel peg set with 6 hooks of minimum size 400x30x8 mm fixed to doors/wall with machine screws.

Exposing existing RCC members such as columns, slabs, lintels, beams, etc. up to the main reinforcement carefully by means of Chisel & hammer, hard wire brushes or any other mechanical means, so as to remove all loose concrete and cleaning the surface to remove all dust particles, etc. and make the surface ready for chemical treatment in bone dry condition.

M&L for 30 mm thick guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC columns, beams, stairs, lintels, retaining walls, sunshades, roofing slab etc. of all sizes and shapes at any heights from existing ground floor and at any locations with cement and mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) under 2 to 2.8 Kg/Cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete as specified here in before and applying one coat of rust convertor/kp-100 equivalent grade over reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying in position 25mmx25mmx12 gauge dia wire MS welded mesh or smaller size over treated surface ready to receive grouts, curing for 10 days etc,loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust over treated surface ready to receive grouts including 5mm to 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to match existing surfaces and finished even and smooth including curing for 10 days etc, complete operation all as directed removing the debris out side the MOD land in low lying areas and leveling as directed, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alloy to dry. To this surface apply chemistic polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture’s instructions. (ii) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is done with polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instruction. Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorized dealer. (iii) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. (iv) Work shall be carried out up to first floor

All as per item No. 101 above but 50 mm thick.
