RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of supplying same/similar 220kV (or higher voltage class) clamps and connectors to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU/ any Govt. Organizations/any private companies for the last 3 years and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

RequiredBidder should have to submit the performance certificate of satisfactory operation of material for a minimum period of three years.

RequiredThe bidder shall quote the material as per the technical specifications mentioned in the schedule.

RequiredThe Bidder must provide image of clamps along with dimension for each line item duly signing for the acceptance of material.

RequiredThe Successful Bidder has to accept sample approval clause and test certificate clause.

RequiredThe Bidder must provide factory test certificate as per IS5561-1970 and IS5561-2018 of aluminum alloy pad clamps, for GI Bolts & Nuts IS 1363-2002 and for chemical composition aluminum LM6 casting.

RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered.

RequiredAcceptance of commercial terms and upload duly filled certificates.

RequiredHSN code of the material.

RequiredGST % of the material.

RequiredGST Registration Certificate.

RequiredBidder must upload the EMD Payment details i.e., Scanned copy of DD/Online transaction Receipt.

RequiredResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED.
