Construction of road from Patewa to Behlolpur road

Construction of sub grade and earthern shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to sites, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 303.1 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/ tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth MORD Specifications 401 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, treated, laying and spreading (WBM Grading III) Material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manaully, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finish to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete P.C.C. Grade M-10 (1:3:6) in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Laying and compacting dry O.B.B. 40mm. Gauge in foundation in layers of not more than 15cm, thickness including local sand, in ratio 2:1 as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required and including watering & ramming for proper completion of work including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar (1:3) in foundation complete excepting pointing and plastering, as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direc

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work, as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 613.3 and 1204 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Supply and Layying of 600 mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Supply and Layying of 350 mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per Technical Specification Clause 412 Iincluding all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Maintenance of road for next five year after completion contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 7.50% of Civil Cost for five year in the form of instalment as below. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including cess and Excluding GST) For 1st Year 0.00%

Item No. 15 but for 2nd year 0.75%

Item No. 15 but for 4th year 2.25%

Maintenance of road for next five year after completion contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 2.5% of Civil Cost for five year in the form of instalment as below. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including All Taxes but Excluding cost of GST.) For 1st Year 0.00%
