Demolition above G.L upto floor level including disposal of unservicable materials within 20 mtr including cutting the necessary reinforcement and parting out from RCC work complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard and soft rock including chiselling where blasting prohibited bailing or pumping out water (Dewatering) upto all lifts and depths, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth complete in all respect and as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 5 : 10 ( 1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation, footings, bases of columns ect and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls and thickness (but not less than 0.10 mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor tow level complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, breassumers and cantilever upto floor two level compelte in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finsh including centering, shuttering, stritting and proping etc. with wooden batten and ballies height of proping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu renforcement concrete and plan concrete work in :-

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string course and the like including entire carriege of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the directions to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floor , roofs, landing and the like complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per the directions to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing complete upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying PVC water stopper seal 150 mm wide 10 to 12 mm thick complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 to 15 mm thick bitumen painted fiber board complete in all respect in all leads and lifts and as per the direction to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismental of HDPE ( High Density Polyethylene Pipe) of following diameter and class confirming to IS 4984-2016 with fusion welding process including all necessary fitting complete in all respect within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately)

(Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately)

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of bostic seal N Flex 1 scalant for water proofing including cleaning and drying all surfaces by removing foreign matter and impurities and contaminants such as oil, dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, oil sealants, curing agents and any protective coating, dust and loose particles should be vaccum cleaned (size 50X35mm) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Enginner- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia having class PN 1.6 of Kartar make or ISI marked, the nominal seat pressure 16.30 KG/cm2 ( with ISI marked hand wheel) as per IS 14846-2000 part II ) with M. S flange table -5 including brass spindle complete with nuts, bolts, rubber sheet insertion etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts to per the entire satisfaction, direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
