APP-A:- Supply erection and commissioning of 1 No 200KVA, 11KV/433V, Transformer (Out Door type) and connected works at Raw Water pump house at Kavadikadavu

11 KV EquipmentsSupply of all materials and providing 11KV sub station yard using 4 Nos. 175x85mm ISMB joist of 9.50m height, 100x50mm MS channels cross arms. 2 set of 200A, 11KV gang operated AB switches with operating handles of required length, 2 sets of 11KV DO fuses. 2 sets of KA Lightning arrestors, Disc insulators, pin insulators and interconnections of the above items using '0' SWG copper conductor, copper sockets, including all assocciated civil works and painting of all structures with two coats Zinchromate primer and aluminium paint etc. complete as per standard construction practices approved by Kerala Electrical Inspectorate and relevant standards.

Supply of all materials and providing sub station yard fencing using 40x40x6mm angle iron frame work of size 1500x1800mm fitted with 12mm iron rode vertically in 10mm c/c and bolted the same to 75x40x6mm vertical channel erected at 1500mm c/c and 2000 above ground level of sub station yard and500mm below with 300x300mm plain cement concrete(1:3:6) base using 40mm granite aggregate and top surface finished neat and including all associated civil works andpainting of all structures with two coats Zinchromate primer and aluminum paint etc. complete as per standard construction practices approved by Kerala Electrical Inspectorate and relevant standards.

Supply of all materials and providing 2000mm wide 1800mm height iron frame gate made out of 40x40x6mm angles welded with 12mm iron rode vertically in 10mm c/c with necessary foundation locking arrangements etc.Complete including painting with two coat of zinchromatin primer and aluminum paint as per relevant standards.

11KV Metering Unit :- Supply,erection,testing and commissioning of outdoor type metering unit consisting of the following. CT:- Ratio-10/5A, Burden-10 VA,Class-0.2S PT:- Ratio-11KV/110V,Burden-25 VA,Class-0.2s The rate shall including the cost of testing the equipment at KSEB and all other incidental expenses.The CT ratio should be fixed only after obtaining as per power allocation from KSEB.

Supply,erection,testing and commissioning of0.2s accuracy class,3Phase 4wireTOD meter with maximum demand in KVA suitable for the above out door metering set housed in a weather proof out door kiosk.The rate shall include the cost of testing at KSEB and all other connected expenses.

200 KVA ,11KV/433V,-Transformer Supply erection testing and commissioning of 200 KVA ,11KV/433V,3 phase,50Hz,ONAN oil cooled outdoor type copper wound distribution transformer with HV side bushing and LV side cable end box arrangements,off load tap<br>changer with 5 tap positions having 5% variations in 2.5% steps with first fill of oil etc.Complete with all fittings as per<br>IS: 2026 and Kerala Electrical Inspectorate standards.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Neutral CT for transformer protection, ratio - 125/5A, class 5P10 neutral CT with suitable size weather proof enclosure with iron frame work including all accessories.

LSB-supply,instalation,testing and commissioning of 4 Way MCB TPN Vertical DB emprising of 63A,4P,MCB RCCB 1 No.as incomer and 25A TP MCB-1No,6Nos.6 to 16A SP MCBs as out going.With tined copper bus bars/ cable,interconnections,as per KEI standards fixed in open system.

Cabling - Supply,Laying,Testing and Commissioning of following sizes of MV(1100V) cables XLPE Aluminum cables as per IS.standards - 3.5x300 Sq. mm

Supply of all materials and providing end termination of following size PVC/XPLE insulated sheathed armored aluminum conductor cables(1100V grade) for giving connection to equipment etc. complete as per standards including accessories like cable socket etc.

Supply of all material providing earthing using 1200mm x 1200mm x12.5mm size CI earth plate buried in ground at a depth of 3.0m from ground level with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt including supply and fixing of 38mm dia 'b' class GI pipe,funnel for watering purpose,copper strips interconnection including construction of masonry chamber with MS cover as per IS 3043-1987

Supply of all material providing pipe earthing using 38mm dia 'B' class GI pipe buried in ground at depth of 3.0m from ground level with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt including supply and fixing of funnel for watering purpose,copper strips interconnections including construction of masonry chamber with MS cover as per IS 3043-1987

Supplying, laying and termination of the following sizes of copper strips/wires for earthing of substation,transformers,panel boards equipment and interconnection of earth pits etc. complete as per standards.25 x 6 mm copper strip

MS Items - Supply and fixing of 6mm thick checkered plate with required MS angle/ plate supports over the masonry cable trenchs at substations and electrical control room. Angles and plate should be painted one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint as required as per KEI standards.

Supply and fixing of MS angle/supports for cable trays for clamping of cables in trenches/ through walls and trusses etc. Angles and plates should be painted one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint as required as per KEI standards.

Safety Items -Supply and providing the following safety items (Rubber mat required nos,11KV Hand Gloves 2 set,11KV Danger board ,Fire bucket with clamp,First Aid Box with medicine , Shock treatment chart, Fire Extinguisher (6kg) ..etc... approved by Kerala Electrical Inspectorate and relevant standards.

Statutory Approval - Obtaining statutory approval from Eletrical Inspectorate including preparation of drawings, obtaining approval for the drawings arranging inspection of the installations and obtaining safety certificate etc.after completion of the work.The necessary statutory fees if any payable to the Electrical Inspectorate/ KSEB will be paid by KWA.
