M & L for repairs to existing leaking joints (flanged/socketed/collar) for 80 mm bore GI pipe line including supply and replacement of flanged/socket/union /reducer etc with and including all necessary GI nut bolts, fibre/rubber gasket sheet and welding work wherever required, to make the joints leak proof including necessary cutting threading etc, including necessary excavation work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to existing leaking joints /flanged /socket/ collar for 100mm/150mm dia GI pipe line including replacement of flanged/socket/union/reducer etc with and including all necessary nuts, bolts, fibre/rubber insertion sheet and welding wherever required, to make the joints leak proof including necessary cutting, threading etc, including necessary excavation work complete all as specified and directed.

Complete cleaning of pressed steel/iron water storage tank from inside, extraction of all mud/sand/dust/Algee deposits, making it free from algee growth by scrapping & washing with water & painting with two coat of black bituminous paint on all the MS items fitted inside the paint on complete external surface of tank and staging / supports etc, inlet/outlet water pipe complete all as specified for the following :-

(a) 80,000 gallons capacity at Nagpani

(b) 38,000 gallons capacity at highest point.

(c) 20,000 gallons capacity at Nagpani.

(d) 8000 litre capacity to 32000 litre capacity at Chaubattia.

Complete cleaning of masonary water storage reservoir from inside, extraction of all dust/sand/mud/Algee deposits, making it free from algee growth by scrapping with brush, washing with water cleaning of all MS /iron/wooden frame work inside and roof of the reservoir & general cleanliness of the outside surface/area surrounding of the all plastered internal surface (excluding floor) of the tank and treatment with bleaching powder on the tank floor after cleaning & applying two coats of approved make & shade of snowcem on all sides of the tank & two coats of approved make & shade of snowcem of all sides of the outside of the tank including necessary painting with one coat of black bituminous paint on all steel /iron frames/angles of tank over black paint of size 2.5 fit x 1.5 fit including marking of tank capacity and date etc of cleaning. The entire Job is to be carried out all as specified and directed for the following reservoirs/tanks :-

M & L in replacement for connecting and testing of CI air release valve 40 mm size with ISI marked flanged type incl jointing material such as fiber board, nut bolt, washers, and welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old U/S Water level indicator and supply and fixing FRP scale conventional / Mechanical water level indicator complete with float, wire, float guide pipe , bracket & pulley, counter weight, indicator pin, etc including all accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing water testing solution O-TOLODINE bottle 500 ML complete as directed and as approved by Engnr-in-Charge.

Collecting samples of under ground sump water from chaubattia UG Sump 5 lacs, 3 lacs, Highest point pump house for Bacteriological testing and complete Chemical testing for parameters for raw & treated water as specified. Note : The bacteriological and chemical testing of water shall be carried out in Govt authorised laboratory . The item cost includes collecting of samples of water from UG sump and Pump house site and charges of Govt authorised laboratory for carrying out testing of water sample.

Supply & Fixing galvanised iron ISI marked heavy duty drilled flanged suitable for 80 mm bore pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing galvanised iron ISI marked heavy duty drilled flanged suitable for 100 mm bore pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing galvanised iron ISI marked heavy duty drilled flanged suitable for 150 mm bore pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of existing old untreated CGI/PGI sheet roof surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth by cleaning , removing dust and including washing and cleaning etc to receive painting and making good with red lead wherever required and applying two coats of roof paints (Coptic of Jenson & Nicholson or Antisol of Berger or equivalent make as specified in appendix A of particular specification ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete as specified and directed.

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high on existing iron/steel surfaces complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repair to electrically driven centrifugal pump set (75/100 HP motor-pump set) including servicing, cleaning, and replacement of water body, kit seal cup, screw ring retainer and burnt out nut, bolts etc of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for chart/ poster/ diagram / name plate etc made out of perpex sheet 2 mm thick, of size 2 m x 1.5 m cut to size and shape with colour background and diagram and letters including fixing arrangement with screws / adhesives as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: The content and size of chart/ poster /diagram / name plate etc shall be given by the Engr in charge during execution of work.

M&L for notice board of size 50x20 cm and written as "OUT OF BOUND FOR ALL RANKS", made from 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolt and nuts of approved size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular poles 9 meter long complete with M S base plate , MS pole cap, bolts nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-31 with and including painting of poles with black bituminous paint throughout the length internally and outside upto planting depth and remaining portion 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of steel tubular pole incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1: 4:8 ) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bottom of pit for bed concrete of steel tubular pole incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including all form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stay assembly comprising GI stay bow 400 X 14 mm, GI steel stay rod 1800 mm long X 16 mm dia with nut-bolts, washers, GI steel plate 230 X 230 X 6 mm, two Nos. thimble, loop insulator of size 65 X 90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm, stay wire of GI stay strand of size 7 X 3.15 mm fixed to stay assembly and stay clamps including necessary excavation and earth work in hard / dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing, stretching and strengthening of GI wire 4mm dia on LT electric lines including binding, jointing etc all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Taking out unserviceable LT cable of any type and size from pole/wall/trenches by disconnecting electric connections for repair / replacement of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for brick protection covers laid over cables of sub class'B' bricks old size (230X115X75)mm all as specified and directed.

S&F plastic (moulded poly propeline) line phase separators for separating 5 Nos of over head line conductors length 1200mm with 25mm with fly nuts and clamps suitable for 1100 volts grade LT electric lines of any size fixed with over head electric lines all as specified and directed.

Tightening / re-stringing of existing loose / broken ACSR conductor / copper conductor or any other type of conductor of any sizes and strengthening as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing LT pole any size/type from foundation in necessary earth work including dismantling of concrete MS clamps nuts, bolts, earth wire, overhead lines conductor, insulators, gaurding cradles and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing stay assembly any type/size from its stay rod, cutting stay rods (above ground portion) dismantling MS clamps, nuts, bolts, stay bow, loop insulators, stay wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for one coat of aluminium shade paint of approved quality including preparation of existing old painted surface of steel tubular poles LT complete including flat iron clamps, bracing , cross arms etc and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint over a circular painted base and strip marking paint up to a height of 5 feet with black & yellow five bands with synthetic paint (strip of 1 feet height each) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED street light fitting 30 W pressure die cast aluminium IP66 roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source and electronic driver including GI bracket light grade 25/32mm and provn of electric supply to fitting from source by means of PVC Sheathed multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable of 2 x 2.5 core complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The contractor must submit 5 years warranty for LED fittings.

Supply & Fixing LED street light fitting 45 W pressure die cast aluminium IP66 roadway luminaire with operating range from 80V AC to 440 V AC with high power LED as light source and electronic driver including GI bracket light grade 25/32/40 mm and provn of electric supply to fitting from source by means of PVC Sheathed multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable of 2 x 2.5 core complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The contractor must submit 5 years warranty for LED fittings.

Taking down old U/S junction box and Supply and fixing Junction Box made up of High quality thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure with IP 65 degree of protection, weather proof, corrosion proof, dust proof, insulted and shock proof, fire retardant non toxic material with internally embedded gasket with 10 Amp MCB and 4 nos terminal of size 200x160x98 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S service connection cable for replacement including S&F service connection cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor, 16 Sqmm 2 core size, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F synthetic insulating mat near electric installations of size 2m x 1mX 3mm as specified and directed.

M&L for testing of existing earthing sets and writing the resistance value (in ohm) clearly above the earthing pits after complete cleaning of earthing chamber, removal of near by vegetation and applying one coat of distemper/whitewash over the pit covers complete all as specified and directed

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep incl as in any type soil including taking out all sapling shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees n. exc 30 cm girth all removing to a distance n.exc 100 m from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (The area is to be carried out in and around,structches viz transformes, substations around power house and other E/M installation complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of Earth Enhancement Compound ( 6kg of Bucket) for recharging existing earthing sets and complete testing of earthing after repair and obtaining the desire earth resistance complete all as specified and directed.
