Supply, installation and fixing of 32 mm dia self-drilling rock anchors at 2.0 m c/c (staggered pattern), of required length ensuring a minimum of 3.0 m anchorage inside the rock, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications. The item includes drilling through overburden and rock strata, insertion and grouting of self-drilling anchors using cement grout of specified mix, provision of bearing plates, nuts, couplers and accessories, along with cost of all materials, labour, machinery, ventilation, lighting, drainage, testing and all ancillary operations required for proper completion of work, all as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes/Seepage Holes of Size 50mm -60 mm dia by drilling in existing Plain / Reinforced Concrete/Rock /Shotcrete , fitted with 50-60mm dia. UPVC perforated pipe extending through the full Length of the hole using wagon drill or other suitable drilling equipment’s, as directed to specified depth including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning holes, ventilation, lighting, Drainage and all other ancillary operations etc. complete (5m c/c)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete On steel work Rock Anchor Base Plate Painting

Supplying of 8mm thick Erosion Control Blanket/MAT for covering Top of slope

Supplying & laying of drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills, alongside drains of road, below concrete lining of canals etc. Geocomposite for planar drainage, realized by thermo bonding a draining core in extruded monofilaments with two filtering nonwoven geotextiles that may also be working as separation or protecting layers. The draining three dimensional core will have a “W” configuration as longitudinal parallelchannels. Minimum thickness to be 7.2mm, with two filtering UV stabilized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm characteristic opening size (090) of 110 micron and tensile strength of 8.0 KN/m that will be working as separation or protecting layer, geo composite having in plane flow capacity of 2.1 L / (m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure and tensile strength of 18 kN/m , with mass per unit area of 740 gsm, supplied in the form of roll for easy transportation to site of work as per detailed specification all complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.
