Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, utility light fittings and lamp holders etc removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, roof and floors, etc as per existing specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, sockets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and fan regulators etc for reuse at site complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : to be measured only when found serviceable in all respect complete for reuse)

M&L for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 V grade multi stranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including 20 mm dia (medium grade) rigid metallic stove enamelled concealed conduit with all fittings and accessories including one run of FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor to common earth and earth dolly including new pressed steel sunken boxes readily available (having thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mm x 300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall not be less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 2 mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- Item continued as 4 to 6

All as per Srl Item No. 3 here-in-above but for One E/ fan point controlled by one, one way switch and regulator.

All as per Srl Item No. 3 here-in-above but for One switch socket outlet point 3 pin 5 A on independent board.

All as per Srl Item No. 3 here-in-above but for one switch socket out let 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm cable and 2.5 Sqmm earth wire.

S & F Switch Piano flush button single pole one way 5 Amp, 240 volt, flame proof complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only flame proof Switch single pole one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Material obtained from Srl item No. 2 here in before shall be used)

M&L switch socket outlet 3 pin 5 Amps flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L flame proof switch socket outlet combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6 16 Amp 250volt 2P+ earth multipurpose 3 pin 15 Amps and one 3 pin 5 Amp controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only flame proof LM6 16 Amp, 250volt, 2P+E complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Material obtained from Srl item No. 2 here in before shall be used)

S&F flame proof junction boxes 2/3/4 way suitable for 20 mm dia ERW steel including taking out old unserviceable junction box complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F flame proof/ weather proof well glass LED light fitting including tube suitable for 1 x 18 watt mirror optic relocor LED as per IS 13947 body made out of aluminium alloy LM-6 epoxy painted with guard, reflector, flameproof clear glass along with all accessories prewired CMRI certified and hardware in high tensile with corrosive epoxy grey shade paint fixed to wall/ ceiling including flameproof flexible wire from fitting to terminal point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 40 watt FTL flame proof fittings / well glass flame proof fittings/ any watt LED and repair/ replacement of old unserviceable spare parts with new spare parts, re-assembling and re-fixing in existing position and connecting with existing point complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Accessories / spare required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under item No. 17 to 20 supply only)

Supply only LED lamp 22 W/ 23 W complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of MCB, DB, TPN, 8-ways, DOUBLE DOOR, IP-43, Ik-09, 240 volt with metal door, rated bus bars, earth bar, neutral links complete including blanking plates as required and fixed flush to wall / other surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB, FP, rupturing capacity 10 kA, ‘C’ curve, 63 Amp, 415 volts ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of MCB, rupturing capacity 10 kA, ‘C’ curve, Single Pole, 6 to 32 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two run of 6.00 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 V grade multi stranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including PVC medium grade conduit of 25 mm dia with all fittings and accessories concealed in walls, floors and ceilings complete including one run of FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6.00 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for main DB to sub DB including cutting chases pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 to the ends with taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Two runs of 6 sqmm conductor for main and one run of 6 sqmm conductor as earth wire with PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two run of 4.00 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 V grade multi stranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including PVC medium grade conduit of 25 mm dia with all fittings and accessories concealed in walls, floors and ceilings complete including one run of FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.00 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for main DB to sub DB including cutting chases pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 to the ends with taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm conductor for main and one run of 4 sqmm conductor as earth wire with PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply & laying GI tubing light grade of 25 mm bore ISI marked for cable protection laid in trenches/ floor/ wall including necessary all clamp, bolt, nut etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

M&L PVC conduit of 20 mm dia ISI marked with all fittings and accessories for protection of cable laid in trenches/ wall/ floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PVC casing caping of 20 mm dia ISI marked with all fittings and accessories for protection of cable laid in trenches/ wall/ floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of earth resistance of existing earth pit as and when required using earth resistance testing equipments and producing the test result for recording purpose complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note:- 1) The contractor is required to carry out the earth test as and when required as a whole or part of the quantity. 2) Testing of earth pit shall be measured as one unit. 3) All test results to be entered in a register properly bound and covered and to be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge. 4) Contractor shall supply all the equipments/ apparatus required for testing at his own cost without any extra claim.

M&L for repair to earth pit including replacement of broken RCC cover by new 50 mm thick pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 mm c/c both ways including suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar) and other allied work as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Testing of lightning conductor for its continuity through skilled electrician and helper using megger and other necessary tools, plants and equipments including rectification of the discontinuity by providing new lightning conductor or refixing the displaced existing lightning conductor in place as required on top priority as and when required including necessary minor repair work as required during rectification complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1) Complete lightning arrester/ conductor system of each building shall be measured as one unit. 2) All the materials required to complete the work at site such as wooden plugs, nut, bolt, washers, saddles, fixing screw etc shall be provided by the contractor and deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 3) New material such as Air terminal, GI/ Aluminium strip shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under item No. 33 to 37 here-in-after. 4) Labour cost for refixing work are deemed to be included in the quoted rate 5) Contractor shall supply all the equipments/ apparatus required for testing at his own cost without any extra claim.

Supply only air termination vertical type single pointing aluminium rod 12mm dia. and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only GI strip 32 x 6mm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only aluminium strip 25x3.15mm including replacement of insulating blocks complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductor and down conductor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws for floor conductor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for GI strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground, saddle and fixing etc including fixing arrangement for all earth connection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F test point terminal box made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia. 25m long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with 7.5m CI pipe 80 mm dia with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length, joints with stainless steel nuts and bolts and sufficient slot upto 2.5 mtr length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top flanged ended 2.5 mtr below ground level welded/ connected with GI strip 32 x 6 mm size on the top edge of the flange to bottom edge of the flanged for earthing including filling the pit with charcoal common salt surrounding the earth pipe including drilling 400 mm dia bore any strata of soil to lower the CI pipe complete including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
