Supplying of all materials, labour, T&P for earthwork in excavation of foundation in ordinary soil of soil including dressing and levelling the bed with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour royalty T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Transportation of excavated earth and dismantling debris by mechanical means including loading and Unloading within 5 KM lead as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation, trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:3:6 with aggregate 40 mm nominal size including the cost of materials labour conveyance royality all taxes of materials watering for curring etc. complete.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips including hoisting and laying and cost of materials all labours conveyance Royalty with DMF and EMF and cost of water for curring T&P etc. all complete.

Centering and shuttering and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns including cost of materials labours etc. complete

Straightening cutting, bending bent up of M.S. rods / Tor steels, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

6mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) on brick work including cost of materials labour royality all taxes of materals etc, complete(Ground Floor)
