M&L for machine cut kota stone slab, 450x600mm ( 18"X24"), 20-25mm thick as in flooring laid over and including cement mortar screed bed of 15mm thick in CM (1:6), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in windows cills and the like laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 including pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture or pigment to match with shade of granite, one piece mirror polished in all round opening of window/doors edges shall be bevelled, and at corner joint shall be cut mitred as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick black granite stone salb (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform ,steps, jambs, pillars, window cills 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) as set with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture and pigment to match with the shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of MS steel gate size not exceeding 10 Sqm single or double leaf any type and design , for carrying out minor repair like replacement of worn out mild steel sections , welding etc fixing the gate in same or different location including painting the entire steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic emanel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.. (Note : (i) MS sections used shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of dismantling , refixing , welding & painting complete).

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as steps, cooking plateform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&lf for 50mm tihck plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2;4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
