Providing and fixing Barricading at site of work for restricting the general public using 80-100 mm dia Wooden Ballies as vertical post with average spacing of 1.80 meter between two vertical posts, having height at least 1.5 m above road/ ground level and at least 30-45 cm below road/ ground level by making suitable size hole in road/ ground, providing and fixing two rows of 80-100 mm Wooden Ballies as horizontal members with jute russies. Both vertical and horizontal members shall be painted in red and white colour strips as per approved pattern as and when it becomes shabby but at least after every alternate shifting at new location. After shifting/ removal of barricading holes shall be filled up properly and site is to be cleared in all respect. (Note: measurement is to be done in linear basis).
Excavation of earth below G.L. by manually or by mechanical means for laying of Sewers, Man-Holes, Gully Pits, Chambers etc. in soil including extra excavation below inverts, trimming & dressing of sides, levelling and back filling of trenches by excavated earth in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches and cleaning of site properly after completion of the work. Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50 mm thick with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading mixed with bituminous binder, transported to site , laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 of MoRT&H to achieve the desired compaction and as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete (25 mm thick) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause no. 508 of MoRT&H complete in all respects and as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying tack coat,as per clause 503 of MoRT&H using bitumen emulsion (Medium Setting) complying with IS 8887-1995 or latest amendment, spraying the bitumen emulsion with mechanically operated spray unit, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface including the cost of labour, material, tools and plants and any other item required for the completeness of work in all respect with all lead and lift as per specification and direction by Engineer-in-Charge.

The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. Tensile splitting strength, abrasion and braking load etc. as per BS 6717:2001, Grey cement.
Laying serviceable cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape/thickness laid in required line, level, curvature,colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand , filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .
