18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Surface preparation minor cleaning work,removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR making of angles fillets all around the perphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using SRP, supplyingand applyinhg single componet UV resistance ZERO VOC single component polyuthane dispersion membrane free from nitumen an tar by the manufacturer of his approved applicator,polyuthere membrane with minimum tensile of 3.5-4 MPA as per ASTM D 2370 with 400% elonagation resistance as per ASTM E 154

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as permanufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface,etc. complete. On concrete work

Providing and fixing PVC Door Frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm(± 0.2 mm), made out of single piece extruded PVC profile, with mitred cut joints andjoint with 2 nos of PVC bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm & self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforcedwith 40x20 mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm , including providing EPDM rubbergasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip withPVC solvent cement on the back of the profile.
