M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10Type E-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame of any description exc 1.5 Sqm each and n.exc 4.0 Sqm (without taking off shutters from the frames) & remove off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, M.S Plates (plain or chequered) Fe-290 (Gde- E- 165) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, M.S work as in Roof trusses (framed) Fe 410-W (Gde -E-250) quality-A, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11 to 15mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other end, or screwed both ends, each screwed and to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm and n exc 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bands, straps, rungs, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatged steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm /sqm of coating (total both surfaces) as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws neeoprene and EPDM washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new or previously untreatedy steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 25 mm dia, concealed conduit wiring in walls and surface with GI saddles GI screws, rawal plugs in ceiling or roof if not possible including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of flush metal boxes, inner and outer plate suitable for modular switch, socket and fan regulator as per site requirement and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly for One light point controlled by one switch. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling roses with ceiling rose 3 plates polycarbonate body complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of UNSV MCB TPN with MCB TPN 'C' Curve 63 Amp suitable for fixing in TPN DB 415V 4 way,6 way and 8 way complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED 20W complete batten fitting, efficacy: 100 lumen/watt with all as accessories complete all as specified & directed. Make: LCTLN-20-CDL of Crompton or equivalent in Havells/Philips.

S & F MCB SP 240 volts 'C' Curve suitable for fixing in DB of capacity 6 to 32 Amps complete all as specified & directed. Make- Indoasian/Havells/Legrand as approved.
