REPAIRS AND REWINDING OF CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS, WALL MOUNTED FANS, PEDESTAL FANS AND ALLIED WORKS IN INS CIRCARS, NAVAL PARK, AMZARI PARK, INHS KALYANI, INS SATAVAHANA, SAUW, INS VIRBAHU, DOCKYARD AREA UNDER GE(NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down and dismantling the ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep of any capacity from existing position and removing its allied spare parts for cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, etc and refixing the same fan in its original position with all the parts i.e. down rod, canopies, fan blades, spilt pins, screws, nuts and spring washers etc complete including provn flexible copper conductor cable of 24 / 0.20mm of required length with necessary connector (for blade / body) as required after rewinding (if any) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only and rewinding of fan shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item here-in-below. (ii) The cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating of fans has to be carried at site itself and to be completed within one hour unless re-winding is required. (iii) The cost of transportation from site of work to workshop and back for rewinding is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate, (iv) Rewinding shall be carried out in contractor's workshop and fan shall be re-fixed at site within 10 days after taking down from site. Any delay after 10 days shall be penalised @ Rs. 100.00 per day for a maximum of 10 days).

M & L for rewinding of Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep after dismantling with super enamelled bare insulated copper winding wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve desired RPM including necessary insulating materials, insulating varnishing, cleaning, packing and reassembling and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note: Also refer Note No. (iv) under Serial item No. 01 above)

Supply only ball bearing no 6203/6204/6205 suitable for exhaust fan of any sweep complete all as per the existing specifications and as directed (Make : TATA/SKF / NBC)

Supply only ball bearing no 6204/6205/6206 suitable for air circulator/ pedestal fan/ wall mounting fan of any sweep complete all as per the existing specifications and as directed (Make : TATA/SKF / NBC)
