Taking up or down 25mm dia GI tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI tubing and connections 25mm bore in new or old position (wall, ceiling , floors) etc and including fittings of GI pipe if required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing GM globe/gate valve 20mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes, ISI marked, conf to IS including taking down old unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Union or long screw have to provided before fixing of gate valve if required rate shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but 25mm bore GM globe/gate valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PTMT type stop valves of any colour, 15mm bore with high presure with butterfly handle screwed both ends for pipe and fixed to pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PTMT type bib taps of any colour, 15mm bore with crutch or butterfly handle, pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. (Exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe), complete all as spcified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400mm including 32mm dia waste coupling PTMT, with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flanged end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed and brackets including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or errecting stand etc. and including PVC waste pipe fitted with PTMT coupling for required length, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs kitchen sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, coupling including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915mmx460mm bowl size 410 mmx330mmx 160mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 2000 litres Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylinderical veertical with closed top) hoisted and including fixing of 20 mm PTMT ball valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and including all accessories of fittings for tank fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity white with intel ball value, float valve and handle incl brackets, PVC flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous China wash down water closet pan ( pedestal pattern) , white, including providing of plastic seat cover for pedestal pan, back, closed pattern with flat bottom , and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device ( excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor with concrete including trap set complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm dia PVC SWR pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, including necessay clamp to be provide for fixing of PVC SWR pipes, complete all as spcified and as directed.

S&F in repairs fancy type with wall flange bib taps long body, chromium plated cast copper alloy 15mm bore with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, & fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs stop valves 15mm dia, cast copper alloy chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed, but fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm long etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs pillar taps fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe 15mm bore and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and disposing the rubbish to the out side of MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CP health faucet with 1 mtr tube & hook (hand shower) chromium plated, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs angle stop valves 15mm dia, cast copper alloy chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, chromium plated with long shank and cup, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs tubular towel rail brass, 20 mm dia ‘D’ type 60 cm long between flanges of brass chromium plated including brackets, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PTMT waste coupling of 40mm dia for glaze ware sinks, basins, etc with long screwed shanks and fly nuts flange and bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specfied and as directed.

All as per item No 28 here-in-before but 32mm bore PTMT waste coupling of 32mm bore, complete all as specfied and as directed.

Fixing only in repair 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, complete all as specified and as directed. .

S&F in repairs of PVC opening cover with hinges and locking arrangement for PVC water tank of capacity n.exc 1000 Ltrs, complete all as specfied and as directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
