Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Full amount of the contract amount will be paid after the submission of bills and completion of tour program.

The tentative study tour itinerary (2Nights, 3 days, Udupi CMC n town and Udupi District) should be attached the study tour programme complete to schedule, mode of Transportation, Hotels and food details should be attached. (Programme should includeTravel in good condition bus, accommodation star hotel and food (Veg & non-veg) for three times. vehicle for transportation from Hunasamaranahalli to Hunasamaranahalli. Monument entry charges, mineral water.

Service provider must submit declaration in hundred rupees notarized stamp paper self declaring himself that the bidders firm is not been black listed/debarred/barring from participation in any tender due to failure of fulfilling contract obligation including timely supply, by any of the Government departments / CPSU / SPSU / Autonomous body or have not been found guilty of moral turpitude or convicted any economic offense or violated any laws by any court or any authority appointed to enforce any laws related to trade.
