Labour only with all necessary T&P etc for attending day to day complaints of summer appliances including taking out and replacing of defective components of window / split type air conditioners of any capacity through minimum one skilled mechanic and one helper complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Spare parts/components required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rates under respective item of BOQ. (ii) The contractor shall be imposed a penalty at the rate of Rs 500/- per day for each complaint pending for more than 24 Hrs.

Removing defective window/Split type air conditioner of any make and capacity from various locations and transporting to contractor workshop to carry out necessary repair as mentioned in respective item including cleaning the air conditioner with water and air pressure and to replace un-serviceable spares parts and re-fixing at various locations after repairing including testing on load at site complete all as specified and directed (All spares compressor, fan motor, relay, capacitor, over load, shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item)

Removing unserviceable burnt sealed compressor from Air conditioner and fixing only new rotary compressor of any capacity including necessary welding the same with existing refrigerant pipe, supply & charging refrigerant gas including testing complete all as specified and directed Note:- i) Rotary compressor shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item) ii) If any item required to made equipment functional like cappliary,copper pipe ect is deemed to be included in coated rate.

Taking out Window/Split type Air conditioner of any make and capacity from position and cleaning the complete cooling coil & condenser coil with chemical base solution and water including servicing, oiling, greasing complete air conditioner checking of blower motor, electrical connection and re-fixing the same on its original position and testing complete up to satisfaction complete all as specified and directed (If any spare is required to replaced the same to be measured and paid separately under supply only item)

SUPPLY ONLY ITEM Note : i) The element of fixing is deemed to be included in respective Schedule ‘A’ Items) ii) If any item not consumed during the contract period the same is taken on ledger charge through Receipt Voucher if Required. iii) All replacement for failed/unserviceable compressor shall be guaranty of not less than 12 months of all such replacement.If any compressor burnt during guaranty period the same has replaced by contractor without taking any extra cost including supply & charging refrigerent gas.

Material and Labour for descalling of condensers of capacity 1 x 39 TR at Auditorium & MH AC Plants locations complete all as described as under :- (a) Blocking of condenser inlet and outlet water pipe. (b) Descalling of condensers tubes with descalling solution mixed with water by pump method for a duration of 08 hours continuous circulation (only descalling solution used for descalling shall be measured and paid separately in respective items of Schedule ‘A’ here-in-after). (c) Opening of bolt side condenser covers for following works:- (i) Cleaning of condenser copper tubes carefully with condenser cleaning brushes all as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Removing of rubber gasket of both sides covers, preparing new rubber gasket 6 mm thick, fixing at properly with existing bolts/ nuts/ washers. All above in following locations of Plants:- Note:- Descalling solution required shall be measured and paid as supply only under item No-40 here-in-after.

Supply only descalling solution for condenser or equivalent Make in plastic returnable containers .

Repair / Maintenance of existing 1 x 78 TR Air handling unit alongwith its cooling coils, filters and connected works complete all as directed. (i) Removing of 0.5 Micron filters from existing AHUs and installd new filter of same size (ii) Brushing, cleaning of aluminium fins by normal wire brush to remove / taking out all dust and cleaning of cooling coil by forced spray chemically (such as very clean solution or any other) all as entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Cleaning & removing of complete scale of bottom tray of AHUs as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Cleaning of drain pipe from AHUs tray to out side plant room manually as well as any de-scaling solution for proper draining. (v) Fixing new / old GI pipe with existing PVC humidity tank complete with supply & Fix new GI fiting as per site requirement and humidity spray system make functional. Note:- Material required to make AHU in serviceable condition shall be measured and paid as supply only under item No-42 here-in-after.

Repair and Maintenance of FRP Cooling towers 100 TR capacity of central plant at Auditorium & MH,taking down electric motor fan, blade, PVC header, PVC fills and its re-installation after following work:- (i) Painting of internal MS structure with black rubber seal paint over existing coat. (ii) Complete cleaning of cooling tower PVC basin, PVC headers, PVC Nozzles, fills, re-arranging of PVC fills block (old serviceable/ new) including repairing of leakage of suction/ discharge line if any. (iii) Checking of electric motor, opening, cleaning of starter, greasing of bearing, supply and fix new connection plate, fixing back on its original position. (iv) Cleaning of all sides of external surfaces of FRP panels and basin, preparation of surface including painting Two coat of 1st quality synthetic enameled paint as per existing colour code upto satisfaction. (New PVC fills required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply & Fix PVC fills block 600 x 300 x 150 mm.

Material and Labour for applying fiber resin coating at internal sides FRP panel / in basin with two layers of fiber cloth mixed with hardener and plaster of paris to ensure leak proof at various cooling towers as directed.

Material and Labour for repair to FRP panels with fiber resin layers at discharge connections in between flange & FRP tower with three layers of fiber clothe mixed with hardener and leak proof connection including preparation hole for flanges and pipe any dia as directed.

Repair / Maintenance Centrifugal pump sets of capacity 3 HP to 7.5 HP at site by means of disconnecting electrically, opening of pump from suction and discharge side, taking down & dismantling complete pump for maintenance, cleaning of all parts, checking of sleeves, bushes, bearing, MS housing cleaning of starter and bearing of motor side, reassembling complete and fixing back in its original position including replacement of unserviceable bearing, Water seal, gland nut & gasket complete as directed. Note :- (New bearing & Water seal shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item)

Taking down existing air curtain, opening, removing electric motor, checking of circuit, rewinding of electric motor with super enamelled copper wire of same size including reassembling of air curtain an fixing back on its original position.

Taking out old unserviceable strip heater from site including supply and fix new strip heater Finned type of capacity 3 KW, 240 Volt and making electrical connection with existing wire and make the heating system inserviceable condition,

Taking out following unserviceable water duty valves from existing system of any shape/size and removing the same from site including Supply and fixing new butter fly / sluice valve of the following size in existing water pipe lines by providing Gaskets, Nut / bolts / washer ect. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Miscellaneous spray painting work on Condenser / Chiller water pipe lines with two coat of 1st quality synthetic enameled paint over existing surface (after cleaning and preparation of surface) as per existing colour code complete all as directed.
