Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

White washing with lime to give an even shade :Old work (two or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying cement primer in wall

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead :With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning of Jungle Excluding uprooting of grass Bushes Etc. as per instruction of E.I.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

Supplying at site :Welded steel wire fabric of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Priming & Painting to be paid for separately).

Hiring of welding machine for welding wpork including staff ,lubricating welding rod etc all complete as per instruction of E/I

Structural Steel Work

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.All kinds of soil.

Cleaning of pond by removing of jalkumbhi, garbage , mud etc as per instruction of E.I

Supplying of stone dust as per instruction of E.I.

Sprading stone dust/moorum/sand/Bleaching powder required thickness as per direction of EIC.

Trimming of branches of tree/Ashoka tree of any size and height and girth disposal to same etc. with all complete job as per direction given by EIC.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.One coat

Painting of chequered tiles with floor guard paint all completed job as per direction by EI

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 10 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in
