Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for pipes, laying etc and getting out in soft / loose soil / disintergrated rock all as per specifed and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in thick with soil obtained from excavation all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking of cast iron water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends/flanged and lead joints including buring out joints and recovering lead for the size of bore of bipe 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, connected and testing Ductile Iron pipes with spigot and socket ends, class "K-9" conforming to IS 8329-2000 laid in trenches as per IS 12288-1987 complete of size of Bore of peipe 100mm including provision of necessary jointing using rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of galvanised steel GI tubes of 50mm dia, medium grade with screwed socket joint, together with all tube fittings (Such as bends, tees, unions, elbows, connecting pieces etc)and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden pluges or laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The unit rate shall be deemed to inclusive of all GI fittings such as bends, elbows short piece connections and unions etc., of medium grade and jointing material. (ii) Earth work excavation, RFR, Removal of soil shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply and fix Yard hydrant post / stand post 80mm Dia GI / MS both flanged type 1.5m Height.

Mk&L cutting the existing PCC pavings, bituminus road n.exc. 15cm thick and removing materials not exceeding 50m all as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm of broken stone or boulders, deposted, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15mm thick, watered and well rammed to true surface of road cuttings and hard standing as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for making good the disturbed surfaces of road cuttings and hard standing all as directed.

Material and labour providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping clab cover slab etc including necessary form work etc. complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooding ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia after taking down old one all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for CI special class 'K-9' conforming to IS9523-2000 fittings such as bends (any type radius and angle) Tapers any type (straight, bends, double sockets etc.) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (All sockets or sockets and spigots) collars caps plungs suitable for up to 400mm bore of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS pipe fittings of 50mm to 400mm dia 4 to 6mm thick of any shape and size fabricated as per site requirement and fixing to DI pipe / fittings including necessary fixing arrangement / welding and applying a coat of anti-corrosive paint all as directed.

Fixing only water meter of dia 150mm, any pattern, including two bolted flange joints complete all as directed. Note: Water meter Supplied by factory.

Supply and fix cast iron swing type non return valve i.e Reflex Valve as per IS: 5312- Part-I, PN 1.6 with CI body, and CI Door for up to 300mm, and CS door for 350mm, body ring of bronze and door face of natural rubber, SS 410 hinge ping and flanged drilled in accordance to IS:1538, with by-pass Arrangement, of 300mm (12") dia complete all as directed.

Disconnecting dismantling and taking out strainer any type of 300mm (12") dia complete in jackwell. Made out of MS including painting complete all as directed.

Disconnecting dismantling and taking out strainer any type of 400mm (16") dia complete in jackwell. Made out of MS including painting complete all as directed.

S&F brass ferrule of galvanised pipe of 25mm dia for connecting with 100mm dia CI pipe mains and providing accessories for connection of pipe complete as specified and directed.

Disconnecting dismantling and taking out MS channel inside the jackwell to holding 400mm dia three pipe inside the jackwell complete.

Supply and fabricat, , fix MS channel "C" type of 250mm web@ including bending meaching welding to carrying load for three nos Pipes of dia 400 mm CI inside the jackwell including nut bolt to support the CI pipe insde the jackwell with bands, straps supports hooks stay, heavy for large gates, hook and pitle hinges large hasps and staples, chains hand made sliding bolts, clamps hold fasts, wall ties; knee piece inserts two way and three way straps plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe290 Gde-e-165. including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of enamel paint. Note:- Two Channel Horizontal type to support three nos 400mm dia pipe & Eight No Vertical to support horizontal type channel of Each 3.5m.
