Amount

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV,630A, 20kA Motor operated, Compact, Outdoor, both side extensible, non draw out type, CCV (2 No:s Load Break Switch (OD) incomer and 1 No: fixed type motor operated Vaccum Circuit Breaker (VL) outgoing) compact gas insulated Ring Main Unit. All live parts enclosed in a robotically welded stainless steel tank of IP 67 class protection with battery and battery charger. This scope also includes obtaining necessary approvals from KSEB and Electrical Inspectorate. HT METERING PANEL

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV Outdoor Metering Panel fabriacted in CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thickness with IP - 54 Protection comprising of 3 Nos of 11KV */5A CL 0.2S 15VA CT and 1 Nos 11KV/110V, 100VA, Class 0.2 PT with provision for fixing TOD Meter including Test Terminal Block, Control Fuses etc. complete with wiring as required. The panel shall conform to Electrical Inspectorate and KSEB standards. This scope also includes the testing of CT, PT and obtaining test certificate from KSEB / TMR. (*CT ratio will be furnished later and all Statutory fees shall be remitted by the Client /Consumer or it shall be reimbursed on the submission of supporting documents).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CT, PT connected TOD Meter of approved brand and conforming to relevant IS and KSEB, Electrical Inspectorate regulations, IP 51 with unbreakable transparent cover, provision for sealing, anti-tamper features, real time and calibrated quartz clock tested by KSEB.This scope also includes the testing of TOD Meter and obtaining test certificate from KSEB / TMR. Supply and providing earthing with CI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick electrode including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required conforming to relevant IS, Electrical Inspectorate standards etc.

EARTHING CONDUCTORS

Supply and providing the earth conductors of the following sizes and laying in earth excavated trenches, clamping in built up trenches , walls, trays, racks, risers, trusses, etc. using heavy duty Aluminium Flat or heavy duty GI spacer saddles of which spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cm without making holes in the earthing conductor and pulling through pipes including all minor civil works. All the joints should be properly tinned and connections should only be done using SS Nut and Bolts with double washers etc as required.

MS STRUCTURALS

CABLE ROUTE MARKER

Supply and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted / welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long with painting and fixing the same in ground at 5 meter interval with cement concrete in M.15 Grade (1:2:4) etc. complete as required.

CIVIL WORKS

RMU Foundation

Supply of all materials and providing foundation for RMU with sand / quarry dust filling up to a height of 100mm in the foundation pit. Above the sand filling PCC in 1:2:4 ratio shall be provided up to a height of 100mm and concrete of thickness 100mm shall be placed above the PCC foundation. The RCC wall thickness shall not be less than 130mm and shall have sufficient depth of 100mm from the base of panel. The finishing of the foundation above ground level shall be made with cement mortar with ratio 1:5 and shall have a neat appearance. Concrete Mix other than PCC shall be in M.20 Grade (1:1.5:3). The earth excavation shall also come within this scope. The contractor shall submit the drawings of the foundation to the Engineer-in charge and Consultant for getting approval before the commencement of work or the workvshall be executed as per the drawings given to the contractor.

Metering Panel Foundation

Supply of all materials and providing foundation for 11KV Outdoor Metering Panel with sand / quarry dust filling up to a height of 100mm in the foundation pit. Above the sand filling PCC in 1:2:4 ratio shall be provided up to a height of 100mm and concrete of thickness 100mm shall be placed above the PCC foundation. The RCC wall thickness shall not be less than 130mm and shall have sufficient depth of 100mm from the base of panel. Feeder Pillar Foundation

Supply of all materials and providing foundation for Outdoor Feeder Pillars with sand / quarry dust filling up to a height of 100mm in the foundation pit. Above the sand filling PCC in 1:2:4 ratio shall be provided up to a height of 100mm and concrete of thickness 100mm shall be placed above the PCC foundation. The RCC wall thickness shall not be less than 130mm and shall have sufficient depth of 800mm from the base of panel. The finishing of the foundation above ground level shall be made with cement mortar with ratio 1:5 and shall have a neat appearance. Concrete Mix other than PCC shall be in M.20 Grade (1:1.5:3). The earth excavation shall also come within this scope. The contractor shall submit the drawings of the foundation to the Engineer-in charge and Consultant for getting approval before the commencement of work or the work shall be executed as per the drawings given to the contractor.

GCP Foundation

Supply of all materials and providing foundation for Generator Control Panel (GCP) with sand / quarry dust filling up to a height of 100mm in the foundation pit. Above the sand filling PCC in 1:2:4 ratio shall be provided up to a height of 100mm and concrete of thickness 100mm shall be placed above the PCC foundation. The RCC wall thickness shall not be less than 130mm and shall have sufficient depth of 900mm from the base of panel. The finishing of the foundation above ground level shall be made with cement mortar with ratio 1:5 and shall have a neat appearance. Concrete Mix other than PCC shall be in M.20 Grade (1:1.5:3). The earth excavation shall also come within this scope. The contractor shall submit the drawings of the fencing to the Engineer-in charge and Consultant for getting approval before the commencement of work or the work shall be executed as per the drawings given to the contractor.

DP Structure, RMU & Metering Panel Fencing

Clearing the ground, leveling the area, providing fencing for DP Structure, RMU and Metering Panel maintaining adequate clearance and pavement with 40mm metal inside fencing. Fencing shall be with chain linked mesh with spirally woven netting 40 x 40 mm x 10 SWG with M.S. angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm shall be provided at a minimum clearance of 1M at all sides of the housing at a height of 2M. GI ‘B’ class 50 mm dia. pipe at distance of 1 M shall be provided for main supports / legs.Suitable door shall be provided in the front side of the housing / fencing for the entry of workmen with tools. Doors shall be provided with suitable pad locking arrangements. Steps shall be provided at entry point. The structure shall be painted with two coats of epoxy grey paint over 2 coats of epoxy primer. The contractor shall submit the drawings of the fencing to the Engineer-in charge and Consultant for getting approval before the commencement of work or the work shall be executed as per the drawings given to the contractor.

DG Set & GCP Truss Work

Supply of all materials and providing roofing for 500KVA Diesel Generator Set and Generator Control Panel using Powder coated AL corrugated sheet of 0.46 mm thickness including bolts, nuts, washer and ridge caping etc. complete as required. The contractor shall submit the drawings of the roofing to the Engineer-in charge and Consultant for getting approval before the commencement of work or the work shall be executed as per the drawings given to the contractor.

NAMING FOR IDENTIFICATION

Painting letters or figures of 2.5cm / 4.5cm sizes with enamel paint as identification mark to Panel boards, DBs etc. as required.

EARTH EXCAVATION AND BACK FILLING

Excavation of all types of soils for the laying of XLPE insulated power cable, GI / HDPE / RCC Pipes, Earthing Copper conductors to the required width and depth up to1.2m and back filling after providing sand cushioning and protective covering by laying bricks breadth wise above the cable. The supply of sand and bricks will come within this scope. The trench dimensions and specifications shall be as per the Electrical Inspectorate, KSEB & CPWD standards.
