Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand :12 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Squarred rubble stone masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foun. & plinth i/c racking out of joints in CM 1:6 in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick with cement concrete1:2:4( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate) 12.50mm nominal size and curing complete in all leads and lifts..

Applying a cote of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 equivalent) using 1.70 Kg. per Sqm. On damp proof course after cleaning the surface with at loating piece of cloth lightly socked in Kerosene oil in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (IInd class)in supper structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) in all lead and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, window and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with second class deodar wood in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wood paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story 40mm thick window including bright finished black enameled iron with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs,landing and the like floor etc.upto 200mm in thickness.

Beams, cantilever, girder and lintel sides and soffits of beams haunchings cantilevers girder, bressumers 1.00 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Column. Pillar, Posts, struts, square, rectangular on polygonal in pain as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation, footing ,basis of column and the like and mass concrete.

Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto two level all floor level.

Column. Pillar, Posts, struts, square, rectangular on polygonal in pain as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Laying jointing & testing of GMS Pipes for distribution system of 150 mm Dia. (Midium Class)

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5 : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1.50 : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat of rough sides of brick /concrete stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level I/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chamber and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar4 1:6(1cement:6sand) in all leads and lifts.

6mm Cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 sand)

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing of the top surface of concrete smooth in all leads and lifts.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Applying two coat of wood preservative on new wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning dirt dust and other foreign matter.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and I/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Painting two coats (excluding Priming coat )on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping withready mixed paint other than white in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface two coats to give an even shade i/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dust and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts..

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp (type-1) of 16mm dia M.S. Bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop all as per standred design complete.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia meters bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm (1:3:6) (1 Cement :3 Sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and fixing following anodized aluminium fittings of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc. Complete

Removal of slips in all kinds of soil (includind saturated soil but excluding boulders & rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance of 20 mtrs. Dosposing of un-serviceable materials, stacking serviceable materials & nealty dressing the surface.

Providing and fixing Manhole cover of size60x60 cm made of angle iron frame size 40x40x5mm thick covered with MS. sheet 2.00mm thick and welded with angle iron frame 35.x35x3 mm thick. Including hings, Handles, 8 Nos Hold fast and Locking arrangement along with lock and key of standred make, Primer two coat with redoxide paint, complete and manhole coverer fixed in Storage tank/Intank with Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for nut and bolt 16mm dia and dismentalling of RCC work nad as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of light grade screwed and socketed complete including providing and fixings tube fitting such as union, tees, socket etc (excluding cost of bends and valves) or outlets pipe scour pipe and over flow pipes etc. for the following dia as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. Up to all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% Plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retainin walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually by 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paintin grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackedts and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.
