Conduction Non-Destructive Test by Rebound Hammer as per IS: 1331-Part-II-1992, Which rebound numbers converted into compressive strength, unit rate consist of average of six reading on RCC member shoeing Sign of distress incl submitting detailed report on inspection and necessary recommendation for restoring.
Conduction Non-Destructive Test of concrete by Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity instrument as per IS 516 (Part 5/Section 1) : 2018 using 54KHz/25kHz transducers incl submitting proper analytical report according to codal provision and necessary recommendation for restoring.
Conduction Non-Destructive Test of Concrete by Half Cell Electrical Potential instrument, MECO make as per ASTM C876-91, to assess the durability of reinforced concrete members. Where reinforcement corrosion is suspected and investigation concrete contaminated by chemical attack incl submitting proper analytical and graphical repot with contour showing area prone to corrosion risk according to codal provision and necessary recommendation for restoring.
Extracting Concrete Core through HILTI type coring machine with minimum required dia as per IS : 516 : 2018 (part 4) having facility to take core at any required angle. Core shall be taken such that reinforcement shall not cut while taking samples incl submitting detailed report and necessary recommendation for restoring.
Detailed report (five copies) to incl rehabilitation measures alongwith BOQ for surveyed bldgs recommended for special repairs.
