Following work is to be carried out for Tightening of Jumpers and Replacement of damaged in 132 KV and 33 KV Bays including Installation of 1 No. New 132 KV Section Isolator at 132 KV S/S Dohna.

Tightening of various Jumpers at both end in 132 KV and 33 KV Bays (i.e. Bus Bar to Bus Bar, Bus Bar to Bus Isolators, Jack Bus Bar to CB, Line to PT. Line to LA, Line to Line Isolator, Jack Bus Bar to Line Isolator, Jack Bus Bar to CT, Jack Bus Bar to CB, CT to CB, Jack Bus Bar to Bushing, Jack Bus Bar to LA, LA to Bushing, Jack Bus Bar to Bus Isolators etc.) in various bays.

Removal of damaged Jumpers form 132 KV Main Bus Bar to different equipments, equipment to equipment and Jack Bus Bar to equipment (i.e. Bus Bar to Bus Bar, Bus Bar to Bus Isolators, Jack Bus Bar to CB, Line to PT, Line to LA, Line to Line Isolator Jack Bus Bar to Line Isolator, Jack Bus Bar to CT, Jack Bus Bar to CB, CT to CB, Jack Bus Bar to Bushing, Jack Bus Bar to LA, LA to Bushing, Jack Bus Bar to Bus Isolators etc.) in various Bays.

Rejumpering in place of removed damaged Jumpers form 132 KV Main Bus Bar to different equipments, equipment to equipment and Jack Bus Bar to equipment (i.e. Bus Bar to Bus Bar, Bus Bar to Bus Isolators, Jack Bus Bar to CB, Line to PT, Line to LA, Line to Line Isolator Jack Bus Bar to Line Isolator, Jack Bus Bar to CT, Jack Bus Bar to CB, CT to CB, Jack Bus Bar to Bushing, Jack Bus Bar to LA, LA to Bushing, Jack Bus Bar to Bus Isolators etc.) in various bays with the help of suitable clamps/ connectors to be provided by Department including, Cutting, Bending, Shaping etc. Of the Conductor as per Site requirement

Erection of 145KV Bus Section Isolator with associated PIs & Structure and its earthing, painting of MS earthing strips with 1 coat of Red Oxide primer & 2 coats of Green Colour making its jumper by cutting Bus Bars Connecting jumpers (to be Provided by Department as per Requirement) including their Shifting from Store at the Sub Station to Erection Site.
