Excavation over areas n. exc 1.5 mtr deep in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 herein before but depth exc. 1.5 mtr but n. exc 3.00 mtr deep and -ditto-

Returning, filling in, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry precast PCC block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in- Charge.

Demolition and breaking up existing drain pips 150 mm bore(SWG,A.C., or R.C.C.) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding haunching etc and removing from site to a distance not exc. 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes rain water pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches complete all as specified.

Material & Labour Salt Glazed stone ware drain pipes Grade 'A'laid in trenches and jointed as specifed 150mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, concrete bed laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of SGSW pipes 150mm bore after the pipes have been laid and tested all as specified (SGSW pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

Cleaning of blocked sewer/sewage line of any discription (SGSW/RCC/CI pipe) of 100mm/150mm/200mm dia or any dia at any depth by rodding or by mechenical means and well flushing the complete sewer line with water from manhole to manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing manhole cover & cleaning of manhole (any size/depth) by dewatering and taking out rubbish/sludge etc by mannual or by mechnical means and removing the same to a distance n. exc 50 mtr distance and put into newly excavated earth and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as specified and directed

Taking of existing cover of septic tanks/soak well & cleaning of septic tank/soak well of any size/capacity by dewatering and taking out sludge in liquid mud, silt or in solid state after emptying the solid/waste water by mannual or by mechenical mean as sucking pump and trolly and removing the same to a distance n. exc 50 mtr distance and put into newly excavated earth and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) The excavation and earth work of pit in any type of soil is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor. (ii) No extra payment shall be made for dewatering and cleaning with water which shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nett quantity of sludge as removed shall be measured and paid.quoted by the contractor.

Cleaning of blocked / chocked Nahani Trap/ floor trap including drain/ sewer/sewage line of any discription(SGSW/RCC/CI pipe) of 100mm/150mm/200mm dia or any dia at any depth by rodding or by mechenical means and well flushing the complete sewer line with water upto first manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry Soakage wells excavation in Hard dense/disintagrated rock, fdn in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed and solid brick work in CM ( 1:4) , RCC cover slab Type A-1 ( 1:1.5: 3 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar @ 120 mm C/C , filling with brick bats, complete of size 2.40 mx3m depth complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing No TD-309 sheet 1/4 to 4/4.

Construction of brick masonry Soakage wells excavation in Hard dense/disintagrated rock, fdn in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed and solid brick work in CM ( 1:4) , RCC cover slab Type A-1 ( 1:1.5: 3 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar @ 120 mm C/C , filling with brick bats, complete of size 1.80 mx3m depth complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing No TD-309 sheet 1/4 to 4/4.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching and channel of manholes, rounded or chamfered on edges and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc incuding necessary form work complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in Slab supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roof, landing, balconies,complete all as specified.

Material & labour mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All per item No 26 herein bebore but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in strrups, spacers and binders

Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs landings for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railing, openings in concrete walls, floor and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar works exc 5cm but n exc 10cm for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured separately)

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces using WPC where ever required as per manufacturerer's instructions and finishing the surface fair and even (without using extra cement) etc. complete all as specified NOTE -WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even (without using extra cement) etc. complete all as specified

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonary surface or surface other than fair face of brick work , finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed. ( Note-The work shall be carried out at Ist floor/ 2nd floor . The contractor shall make necessary arrangement of scaffolding and ensure safty of Labours)

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Taking of existing cover of septic tanks/soak well & cleaning of septic tank/soak well of any size/capacity by mechanical sewage sucking pumping machine and transport the sludge in to a mechanical sewage carrier tank for removing the same to a distance 10 to 15 KM from defence land and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Change. Note :- Net quantity of sludge as removed shall be measured and paid.quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.
