Three Year Rate Contract for Repair & Maintenance works in all Installations and Operational Zones in Areas in I, II, III and IV, Ahmedabad Asset (2026-29)

NOTES:

c) Percentage figure as (-ve) percentage or (+ve) or at par and GST quoted by bidder shall apply on items given in Schedule-B in the tender document.

d) Final ranking of bidder shall be done based on " Quoted Price (including GST) for 100% quantum of Work (in Rs)" in Cell No E-18.

e) The work shall be awarded to evaluated L-1 bidder (L-1 bidder means bidder who will quote lowest evaluated offer (Cell No E-18) among all Techno-Commercially acceptable offers) as per work distribution methodology tabulated at point no.5 of BEC Clause C.1.1. All other Technically and Commercially acceptable bidders will be asked to match their rates with the evaluated offer of L-1 Bidder. Contracts shall be awarded to bidders (in order of their original price ranking) who matches rate of L1 bidder till distribution of complete work tabulated at point no.5 of BEC Clause C.1.1. Clauses with regards to ONGC/ Govt policies on purchase preference-MII shall be applicable as per prevalent policies.
