Excavation in earth work in in hilly area all height and depths and in all kinds of soils including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil oridinary rock and hard rock. All works road rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precutions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc, and to protect stability of hill side.Rock shall be excavated with chieseling and wedging out rock( where blasting is prohibited).All earth work in cutting/ excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades sides slopes,width, camber,super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in confirmity with the requirement of technical specification of Rural road August 2004(Two thousand four) and clause 16.2 (Sixteen point two)of general conditions for contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable cut material and specificed manner, trimming,filling of unvenness blindage and finishing of the road to specified diamensions including disposal of surplus materials with all leads, and lifts at the locatuion specified in the tender document or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for smooth riding.The recovery for stones whether useful or not i.e. 8091.82( EIGHT THOUSAND NINETY ONE POINT EIGHTY TWO) only per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis @ of Rupees 170.00 (One Hundred Seventy) only per Cubic Metre.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor,which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases including haulaging/ carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various locations through all mode of transportations in all leads, lifts to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer- in - Charge.

Excatation in soil in hilly area in all depths using manual means as per drawing and technical specification ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 (Two thousands four) clause 305.1 (three hundred five point one) including setting out, coustruction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials by all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts at specified places in specified manner, systematically with level consideration to avoiding a diverse effects on environment, trimming filling of uneverness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his on cost in all cases including haulaging/ carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various locations through all mode of transportations in all leads, lifts to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer- in - Charge.

Excavation in foundation,trenches etc. in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering where ever required,setting out to required lines,levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the HPPWD specification of 1990-Volume-I, and shorting out useful and un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads,lifts and transportations of the usefull materials for filling in roadways embankments for grades improvements and levelling to required grades and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road on or approved dumping sites through all modes of transpsportation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling fine dressing and all labour, mechnieries materials, tools, equipments and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labouor(if any required).All useful materials such as stone single, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road side to the maximuim possible extends in all leads,lifts through all modes of transportation and all others incidental charges any loss to the public and private properities during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractors and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including haulaging/ carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various locations through all mode of transportations in all leads, lifts to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer- in - Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical NABARD informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing.Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25X5mm size on edges, the lower plate will be welded with MSangle iron frame of the lower most plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos 75X75mm of12 SRG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450X450X600mm below ground level.The top most diamond plate will be welded to middleplate by 47X47mm of 12SWG steel plate tube.All MS will be stove enameled on bothsides.Lettering and printing arrows border etc.wkill be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxty paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 17001.
