The following works are to be carried out at 132KV S/S, Shahabad under ETD- Rampur.

Shifting/ Dragging of oil filled 20 MVA Transformer from existing place to near open space at 132 KV Sub-Station Babrala Distance up to 20 Mtr.

Loading of 20 MVA T/F main tank along with accessories, making the wooden sleeper plate from jacking the T/F tank up to trailer height placing the rail under T/F tank and shifted up on trailer, removed the rail under T/F tank and proper tightening the main tank with trailer bad with the help of steel rope and turn buckle.

Carriage of 20 MVA T/F tank from 132 KV Sub-Station Babrala to 132 KV Sub-Station Shahabad along with all accessories by Pvt. Truck / Trailer. Distance about 100 Km.

Unloading of main tank of 20 MVA Transformer loaded on Trailer jacking the tank for packing the rail under the T/F tank and shifting it of wooden to plate form, Removing the rail under the T/F tank on wooden sleeper, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly and removing the wooden sleeper under the tank and unloading of various Transformer accessories of above 20 MVA T/F like oil filled drums, bushing conservator tank, cooling fan etc. from Track/ Trailer at site at 132 KV S/S Shahabad.

Shifting / dragging of oil filled 20 MVA Transformer from unloading place to plinth upto 20 mtrs distance including turning of Transformer if required including all T & P and other works to complete the job satisfactory.

Additional shifting 20 mtrs @ 5 mtrs per job.

Replacement of old gasket of radiators / Bushings / pipe lines / Inspection Covers / Valves. Including Top Cover of Transformer by providing and fixing of new gasket as per required size made of good quality rubberized cork sheet Kotika / Turborze brand grade.

Cleaning of core and winding by hot Transformer oil and removal of slug from bottom.

Overhauling of diverter switch after removing of oil from its chamber filling the fresh centrifuged Transformer oil and its circulation as per norm of Transformer.

Complete, erection of 20 MVA T/F by erection of conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making control cables connection, buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of T/F oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of work.

Complete evacuation of from 20 MVA transformer main tank and filling of dry air of dew point 400C or better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25 kg/CM2 and then aging evacuating the transformer tank after required time interval (approx. 12/24 hrs.) using centrifuging machine the work shall include connecting pipe of machine as required measuring due point values of dry sir after every cycle till the required value is achieved.

Create the vacuum inside the tank for period for 12 Hrs and filling of centrifuged oil step by step upto core and winding and top up complete oil radiator / conservator tank.

Electrical connection of 20 MVA T/F with laying of cable and Termination in between WTI,OTI buchhalz relay, cooling fans, OLTC, Marshaling box etc with proper feruling as per drawing.

Earthing of Main tank of 20 MVA T/F by using M.S flat 50x6/75x10 mm size its jointing with already laid earthmat / deltas, Preparing neutral bushing support for its earthing including all work.

Jumpring of 20 MVA T/F HV/LV side cutting of conductor and tightening of conductor with connector

Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through PVT. Centrifuging machine and taking the BDV & PPM value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved.(oil capacity App. 12.5 KL.)
