PRUNING WORK

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50mt. Lead, as per direction of officer in charge. T&P shall be arranged by the contractor.

CREATION WORK

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) 2.14.3 Holes 90 cm dia, and 60 cm deep

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material's as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water) 2.57.1 Trees Plant

Providing and wartering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.

MAINTENANCE FOR 03 YEARS

2.40 Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. 2.40.6 Open spaces(1Mali for 3.00Acre). (acre*4046=sqr mtr)

2.4 Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source,including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :(0.0566 cum per plant annually)

2.55 Providing and applying anti termite treatment of infected trees i/c all branches/leaves by spraying chemical emulsion 0.5% (Chlorpyriphos 20% EC) concentration through power spray machine (@ 100 ml Chlorpyriphos per tree i/c cost of chemical) and as per direction of officer-in-charge

Replacement of casualty of plants including re-pitting preparation of soil mixture,arranging and providing plant including loading and unloading, transportation and plantation of saplings (20% casulaties replacement should be done by plants of minimum 5-6 feet height) 20% of planted plants done in Ist year maintenance, 10% planted plants during 2nd year maintenance and 05% of planted plants in 3year maintenance.
