Design, engineering, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Industrial Vacuum Cleaning System for PCI Building of BF 5

• 1) Bidder must have experience of Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of at least one no. of Electrically Operated Truck mounted or Static Industrial Vacuum Cleaning Machines fitted with minimum 75 kW electric motor along with centralized pipe line system and its accessories such as bends, suction tools & electrics etc. in any metal/mining/Power/cement industries of PSU/Govt Undertaking/Public Limited Company, Joint Venture Company wherein at least one partner shall be Central / State Govt. Organization/ PSU for removal of spillage/dust from multi-storied buildings/ industrial shop complex during the last seven (7) years as on the last day of the month previous to one in which tender is invited.

2) The bidder should have past experience of Annual operation/maintenance contract for a minimum period of one (1) year along with the supply of an Industrial Vacuum cleaning system.

The following self-attested documents are to be given in support of eligibility criteria 1) & 2):

a) Copy of Purchase order/ Contract Agreement/ Work Order issued by the client.

b) Commissioning certificate/ final acceptance certificate/job completion certificate/ performance certificate from the client for the works listed in Sl. a) along with contact person’s name, email-id and mobile/telephone no. of the client. (As per Annexure S)

• The average annual financial turnover during last three consecutive years ending March 2024/2025 should be at least Rs 1.65 crore (INR One Crore Sixty Five Lakh only).

Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive during Financial year 31st March’ 2024/2025, as per audited annual accounts.
