Removing of old unserviceable 3 way locking device complete of Almirah Large steel and replacement of new 3 way locking device made to shape as required and all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing old lock of Almirah Large steel and replacement of new lock of 5 lever with duplicate keys and fixing in proper functional position as original shape all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing old unserviceable handle including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc of Almirah large steel and replacement of new chromium plated handle including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out existing nut, bolt, washer & clits of shelves and replacement of nut, bolt, washer & clits of shelves refixing in position of Almirah large steel all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable legs of Almirah large steel and replacement of new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made to shape and providing two coat of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable shelves of Almirah large steel and replacement of new shelves made of 1mm thick MS Sheet made to shape by using suitable nuts & bolts and fixing clips and providing two coat of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL (FD- 67 (M) ,243,340 & 1032)

All as per Item No. 1.01 here-in-before but almirah medium steel (3 Way).

REPAIR TO LOCKER STEEL (FD-257/ FD-1029)

Removing of old broken/ unserviceable conduit pipe and replacement of new conduit pipe of size 20mm dia and 1.6 mm thick with appropriate bracket of steel made to shape as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old deshaped/ broken steel shelf and replacement of new MS steel shelf of 1 mm thick MS Sheet and fixing it in proper functional position as original shape by using suitable rivets and fixing cleats by providing two coats of OG paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old broken/ unserviceable existing hasp & staples of Locker steel and replacement new Hasp & Staples of size 75x30x2mm, shape all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old broken/ unserviceable existing handle of locker steel and replacement of new handle mild steel chromium plated Make Godraj made to shape all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable legs of Locker steel and replacement of new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made to shape and providing two coat of OG paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE STEEL 900mm x 600mm x 760mm WITH DRAWER/ WITHOUT DRAWER (FD-1007, 1008)

Taking down old U/S top of table steel 900mm x 600mm x 760mm with drawer and replacement of new top of table steel 900mm x 600mm x 760mm made of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top as specified and shown on Drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S drawer and Replacement of new drawer made of 1mm thick MS Sheet as specified and shown on Drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing existing unserviceable parts of table 900mm x 600mm x 760mm Steel (with drawer) and S&F new parts made of square pipe of 25mm x 25mm and 1.6 mm thickness by running welding all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No. 04 here in before but replacement of rubber shoe with Replacement of new rubber shoe of superior quality with suitable size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE STEEL 900mm x 900mm x 760mm (FD-1009)

Removing of U/S top and replacement of new top 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI Marked teak finish on one side and other side white sunmica with 4 mm thick T.W. beading all-round the table steel 900mm x 900mm x 760mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing existing unserviceable parts of table 900mm x 900mm x 760mm steel and replacement of new parts made of square pipe of 25mm x 25mm and 1.6 mm thickness by running welding all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No.5 here in before but replacement of rubber shoe with S&F new rubber shoe of superior quality with suitable size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CONVERSION OF GI CHARPOY NYLON NEWAR INTO CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY WOOD TOP (FD-220)

Removing of unserviceable nylon newar and supply and fixing 12mm thick ply wood commercial BWR plywood ISI marked make Kit Ply/Green Ply/Duro and fixing same with three nos of flat iron strip of size 900x32x5/6mm, bolts nuts and washers bolts of size 5x65mm 06 nos round head bolts after dirlling the three holes of each long rail and drilling two hole on each short rail and two hole in flat iron complete all as directed including tightening of loose frame/fixing of loose charpoy GI pipe component to make the frame fit for fixing complete all as per specified and as direction by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable elbow of charpoi GI pipe and replacement of three way GI elbow 32mm medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable check nut of GI Charpoy and Replacement of new check nut 32mm bore 10mm thick suitabkle for charpoi GI pipe 32mm bore Med grade complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the threadless/broken long rails from chairpoy GI pipe 32mm and Replacement of new long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.88 mtr long threaded at both ends and fixed to existing three way elbow 32mm dia and all shown on drawing.

Taking out existing old broken long rail from chairpoy GI 32 mm dia and providing in position 1 nos short rails made out of broken long rail obtained from taking down above item No 6 including threading on both ends complete fixing all as specified and shown on drg (Note : U/S check nuts to be replaced in above item and measured and paid as supply only under relevant items.

Taking out existing old broken legs from chairpoy GI 32mm dia and providing 01 No new legs in position made out of old broken short rail obtained from taking down above item No 6(e) and Replacement with 3mm thick and 40 mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TABLE OFFICE OFFICER/CLERK STEEL (FD-1004, 1003 & 1006)

Taking out U/S Top from Table office clerk steel and Replacement of new top of size 1200x900mm 18/19 mm pre-laminated partical board exterior grade Make- Novapan/kitply/Archid ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out U/S Top from Table office offrs steel and Replacement of new top of size 1800x1200mm 18/19 mm pre-laminated partical board exterior grade Make-Novapan/kitply/Archid ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable locks and Replacement of new brass locks after repairing of drawer and cupboard of table office clerk steel size and shape as per Drg as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/S drawer and Replacement of new drawer made of 1mm thick MS Sheet as specified and shown on Drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for scrubbing and derusting, denting of de-shaped portion and applying one coat of primer and over it two coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) incl preparation of surface all as directed by EIC for the following:-

Table office clerk steel (FD- 1004,1006).

Table Office officers steel (FD-1003).

Teapoy varandah (FD- FD/E6/MAP/17, 225,383).

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WIITH/ WITH OUT ARMS (FD-75(M))

Removing unserviceable seats from steel chair with & w/o Arms and Replacement 32mm thick IInd class hard wood seat as per existing size and shape fixed with suitable bolts, nuts and washer including polishing and recanning with polythene white cane half round as per IS-5378 -1968 1.2 to 2mm wide and 0.3mm thick for seats and 3 to 3.2mm wide & 0..4mm thick border including supply of cane complete all as directed by EIC.

Ditto but steel chair back -do-

Taking out US arms rest from steel chair with arms and Replacement of chair arms rest with suitable bolts, nuts and washer.

Replacement of in repair hard rubber shoe black 20mm dia suitable for bottom of steel chair.

Replacement of in repair hard rubber cap black suitable for 20mm dia at top of steel chair complete.

Chair Verandah (FD-256)

Re-Canning with existing type/ size of plastic cane complete.

Description all as per item 10 here in before but replacement of PVC Seat with New PVC Seat of superior quaility of chair varandha.
