Conducting Non destructive test (NDT) on vital components of Man Riding endless haulage (Surface and 72 L) like all tie rods including pins, drive wheel shaft, surge pulley shaft, drum break path (drive wheel), return pulley shaft, tie rods dead weight, bolts, blocks, rope clip-5 Nos, eye -30 Nos, J hook -5 Nos, D Link -30 Nos, Chain Link-10 Nos and Magnetic Defectograph Test (MDT) of wire rope 28mm about 6000 mtrs on surface haulage and 3000 meters on 72 L and on other components as directed by engineer in charge ( NDT to be performed on two man riding system (surface and 72L) two times in interval of six months) Note : The original test report of NDT and MDT should be submitted in triplicate along with other documents for processing the bill
