Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly-ash bricks having designation 75 conforming to IS-12894 (2002), straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle, flat iron or Tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc. (cut to ordinary length i.e. within 20 mm of length) confirming to Fe-410 W Grade E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. also splayes between floors and beams complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, bressummers, cantilevers, lintel coping over 1.5m span coping complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, straining bolts at ends, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm granite (of any type) table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, and like in cement mortar 1:4, including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
