Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth, as per drawing and technical specificationi section 800, 1200 & 1600 for nominal mix 1: 5: 10 (one cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete, including the cost of form work in Retaining Wall, Breast Wall etcetera, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge; as per the drawing and hauling /carriage of labour, equippments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) dia P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards draining face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 700 & 1200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaning walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 1200, 1600 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.50 in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in Super Structure as per PWD specification. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Half Brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.50 in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) in Super Structure as per PWD specification. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade of reinforcement concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishig and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

20mm (Twenty millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level with CM 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Applying white cement Birla white based putty of average thickness 1 mm ( one millimeters) of approved brand and manufacture over plaster surface even and smooth complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand (Apex ultima of asian paint, Nerolac paint) of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and frame work Tata / Sail including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a primer coat of red lead paint in beams joints, channels angles tees flats with connections plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like complete within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.
