Design, Supply, installation, Testing and comissioning of Ultra violate germicidal irradiation system without affecting cubic feet per minute flow (CFM) and Consisting of UV Emitter with UVC 254 nm wavelength, ballast, necessary control panel for suitable and safe operation of UVGI System, indication lamp and metering etc. complete, inside the air handing unit with given CFM and below specification.. Dose on the down stream coil face at extremities. The UVC dose at the extreme edges of the coil shall not be less than 750 UW/CM2 at the end of the 12000 hours of operation period measured in 2.5 m/s airflow at 13 deg. C Unit shall be high output, HVAC type germicidal UVC light sources, factory assembled and tested. Components shall include a high efficiency electronic power source, emitter sockets and emitter tube, all constructed to withstand HVAC environments. High efficiency electronic power sources shall be 230 V, 50Hz. They shall be UL listed to comply with UL standard 1995 and capable of igniting each emitter at temperatures from 1ºC - 70ºC in airflow velocities common to HVAC system. They shall be programmed start and equipped with RF, line noise suppression and end of emitter life circuit protection. Emitter tube shall be of the high output, hot cathode, T5 (15mm) diameter, and medium bi-pin type. They shall produce 95% of their energy at 254 nm and be capable of producing the specified output at airflow velocities common to HVAC systems and at temperatures of 1ºC - 70ºC. UVC Emitters shall produce no ozone or other secondary contamination and submission of report.
Supply, laying and connection of 3C X 2.5 sqmm XLPE insulated copper conductor cable of 1100V grade conforming to IS : 7098 (Pt-1) 1988 from AHU to controller of the lamps. complete as required.
Submission of air quality report (Indoor) from NABL certified lab with testing complete as required. Testing shall be done by collection of plate sampling method for total microbial count in CFU/M3 of samples both pre and post installation of UVGI system.
