Providing Tor steeel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.
Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement :3Sand) complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.
Finishing wall with water proffing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after thoughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remain of loose powerdeded materia
Providing & Fixing of Man hole cover (size 680X680) with MS sheet 2.00mm thick fixed with hinges on MS. angle iron frame 32x32x3mm supporting with 25X5mm MS flat with base frame 40x40x5mm duly welded and fixed in RCC slab with anchor bolt 12mmx125mm i/c cost of welding charges,carriage, fixing and applying priming coat and locking arrangement complete in all respect as per entired satisfiction of Engineer in charge.
Laying GMS/MS Pipes conforming to relevants BIS codes of below mentioned diameters fully jointed with MS Flanges of Table - 17 as per IS :6392 - 1971 excluding the cost of excavation in trenches complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.
Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work i/c cutting, hoisting,fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint.In grating,framed guard bars,ladders,railing,brackets & similar works.
P/Laying GMS Pipes conforming to IS 1239 - 1979 (Part-1) screwed & socketed joints (Light grade) excluding the cost of excavation in trenches
Providing & fixing CI sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS:780 - 1984 Class-I upto 300 mm dia i/c brass spindle & as per 2906 - 1984 Class II for diameters more than 300 mm complete with bolts,nuts,rubber insertion etc,(The tail pieces if required shall be measured & paid for separately) complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.
Providing & fixing bends of required degrees made from parent tubes conforming to relevant codes fully flanged with MS Flange of Table - 5 conforming to IS: 6392 - 1971 complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.
Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement:3Sand:6graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.
Providing under layers for plinth protection 75 mm thick (unconslidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size well rammed & grouted with fine sand i/c preparation of ground complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.
Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100 mm top dia.,160 mm bottom dia.&180 mm deep (inside) with bottom dia.&180 mm deep (inside) with chained 2 Sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 Sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) 100 mm thick foundation conc.1:5:10 mix graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal (1cement : 5 sand : 10 size) & inside plastering with cement mortor floating coat of neat cment i/c curing complete.600 x 600 x 750 mm inside size With 150mm th.walls of RCC1:2:4(1cement ment:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways.
